Sloppy Jo I used to watch Roseanne when I was younger and do you remember in the show were she had her shop and she used to sell them since then I have always wanted to try one (lucky bugger lol)

Early Dinner
1 Chicken Patti with lettuce, tomatoes, and ketchup

Break/Lunch - Slept to 2 PM
1 wheat bread turkey sandwich with tomato, lettuce, and onions with mustard

half a glass of frozen treat ice-cream
1 mini-ice cream bar
Breakfast/Lunch (woke up at 12 today)
Half a regular bagel with peanut butter

1 serving of mashed potato
1 piece of salsbury steak
1 serving of Chicken Carbonara

1 Chicken Romano (500 calories)
1 Tuscan Chicken Sandwich
1 Serving of Pasta with Chicken

Where has all your exercise gone? You can’t stop...... you’re my inspiration to keep going everyday, I recon if you can go out in the snow I can get off my butt for ½ an hour each day.

Lol, alright rosered! I must say these past few weeks I was little low on excercising, because of heavy school work and testing, but Im definitely going today!

1 Wheat Turkey Sandwich with wheat, tomatoes, lettuce, and mustard
1 bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios
1 glass of orange juice
1 glass of milk
Went to the gym - had 1 hour of cardio on the aerobic bicycle machine, but couldnt manage to maintain a constant heart rate of 160, instead I had it at 150.... Worked on upper body builds and my stomach through ab workouts...
Dinner
1 Beef and Cheese Burrito with everything on it
Two Bread Pizzas with everything on it
2 Bananas
1 glass of skim milk
(I think this was mighty healthier than the five+ pizzas I would have eaten at my Newspaper meeting today)
