1 Sandwich with turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, and ketchup
1 serving of Turkey Alfedo
1 serving of pasta with Alfredo sauce
1 cup of skim milk
2 small pieces of beef

Dinner
1 bowl of Kellogg's Special-K Strawberry with Skim Milk
1 cup of skim milk
1 bowl of Salad with Italian and the usual
Some bites of Tibetan Noodle Stew
 
Late Last Night I Was Quite Hungry - Let's see the damage
2 pieces of Wing-nuts chicken wings
Some fries
1 Cup of Instant Noodles
1 Bar of Chewy Granola Bar
 
Ooops!Have to say it's a bit to much.Fell off the vagon,get up,get right back on it.Do this chicken wings really make you that much happier?Always ask yourself before going ahaed with the extra food. :)
 
Haha yeah that was quite a setback....... I was just sooooo hungry though, probably because I didnt eat much during the day..... The lunch today was kinda big too.... I had to celebrate after a victorious test-taking in Calculus II.... Looks like my dinner is going to be extra light today....

2 Bowls of Corn Chowder
 
This totally stinks.... :mad: My calorie intake has taken a huge binge......I think Im going to have some fruits for dinner and that's it...... Enough calories in one day for me..... Tommorow Im going to the gym and working 3 hours on the aerobicycle!!!!!!!!!
 
You have been sooooo consistent....I just call that a lil diet fart.....eating the whole bucket of chicken now that is called a diet.....oh lets not go there!!!!

Today was quite a special day for me - in the middle of the day my plans abruptly changed as I soon scheduled for a immunization shot at the doctors and dinner with my parents..

1 Serving of Chinese Stir-Fry Veggie Rice

Indulged on foods from Chinese Restaurants
Got a little stuffed..... :p

Im changing my exercising plans to tommorow.....

It looks like you are getting back on track. I have found that one day off the wagon takes about 2 or 3 to get all the way back on! Good luck and keep up your hard work.

Im feeling kind of sick right now..... :( Maybe I got the flu or something.... Looks like today's excercising plans are canceled....
 
Slept all afternoon and I still feel weak and tired.... I finally found out it must be some of the after-effects of the Hepatitis-B Vaccine I took yesterday. I tried eating a bit more during dinner to help boost my energy.

Dinner
Salad with Italian and the usual
1 slice of Pepporoni Pizza
Poked at but didnt finish two pieces of Herbal Chicken
1 Chicken-Patti Burger with a dab of mayanoisse, onions, lettuce, and tomatoes
Some bites of rice
(To boost my energy) - 1 cup of Hot Cocoa
Some bites of Chinese Roast Pork
1 piece of Cake
 
Snack
I had ordered 1 medium Dominos pizza several days before, because my friend insisted on doing the 5-5-5 deal and I had to be in it. I refused to eat it though. But today I had two slices - I mean cant let paid food goto waste right....
 
Dinner
1 Hand-Made Beef Quesadillawith everything on it
1 Small Bowl of Pasta with Marianna
1 Scoop of Garlic Whipped Potatoes
1 Scoop of Chicken and Dumplings
1 Scoop of Buttered Green Peas

NEWS - I feel a little bit better now :) , my energy seems to be back to my Friday's state...

1 scoop of Swedish Meatballs
1 scoop of Mashed Potatoes
1 scoop of Green Beans
1 glass of Minute-Maid Lime

Snack (a bit naughty)
1 can of Orange Soda (168 calories) :eek:
 
Worked out today ----- finally after eons of time
Increased to 1 hour workout at the Aero-Bicycle including 40-50 minutes at 160 target heart rate (final result = burned 947 calories :eek: )
Worked on resistance balls and abs
Upper body arms workout too

TEST OF THE DAY
----So I finally got the courage enough to see what two weeks of not really excercising can do to me along with some influx of high-calorie food
