Wasn't easy with the sleeting ice, but I managed to goto the gym today..... Since the gym was closing a bit early today, I only managed to get my aerobics in.... I increased my aero-bicycle machine to 40 minutes total including 30 minutes at target heart rate in the 160's range.

Dinner
I had a bit of chicken pot pie (1 scoop).
Two glasses of Minute Maid Kiwi-Strawberry
1 Sandwich with ham, chicken, lettuce, and mustard
1 salad with italian and the usual
 
Breakfast/Lunch (woke at 1pm)
salad with Italian and the usual
indulged on a plate of Tater-Tots with ketchup
1 bowl of whole grain cereal with skim milk
1 glass of skim milk
 
Dinner
Indulged on a Quaesadia with everything on it
1 bowl of whole grain cereal with skim milk
1 glass of skim milk
1 salad with italian, the usual, plus some sunflower seeds, and mini-breadsticks
1 bite of steak
a few mouthfuls of green peas
 
Breakfast
Soybean milk with Rice Krispies Cereal

Lunch
1 chicken teriyaki with rice bowl (452 oz)
1 bowl of chicken noodle soup

Snack
indulged on 1 regular size Marble Slab Creamory ice-cream (birthday-cake flavor)
 
Thanks rosered - yeap that sleeting ice really was quite bad, luckily I was able to get to the gym and back safely with scrapping a knee.


Dinner
South Beach Panini with a light dab of mayanoisse, no cheese
1 glass of skim milk
1 bowl of creamy brocolli and chicken soup
salad with italian, and the usual
1 bowl of Pasta with Marinara


----> That was quite a filling dinner btw. :)

Alrighty, I have finally decided I need to record down what I eat and excercise... Earlier before college I was afraid of the freshman fifteen, and Im afraid to say I did a gain a few pounds. So now Im determined in this new year resolution to lose some weight.

Current weight 192 pounds, height 5'7'', age = 18 years old, and Im a male :rolleyes: .

Target weight 160 pounds. Tools - diet, excercise, and a boatload of determination.

Indulged on a Grilled Buffalo Chicken Wrap (800 calories :eek: note to self - dont do this all the time)
salad with italian and usual
 
Oh and I almost forgot, last night I worked out for 40 minutes on the aero-bicycle with 30 minutes at 160 target heart rate. And then spent around 20 minutes doing weights.

Excercised for 40 minutes on the aero-bicycle, but Im not sure if the machine was wrong or something, but it showed me having a low heart-beat - couldnt maintain it at 160, though I personally feel I was working a heck of a lot (must be the machine error.) Worked on weights. Did abs and bicycle-crunches....

That was quite a bad idea to only have that much, I was ravishingly hungry in during dinnertime.

Dinner (Let's check the damage :()
1 cup of skim milk
2 servings of buttered egg noodles with Beef Burgundy
1 apple
3 peanut-butter cookies
1 sandwich with turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, and mustard
some snippets of red pasta
one small bite of cream pie, but I couldnt do take the rest :p
 
This is yesterday's

Lunch
Decided to goto a Korean Tofu Restaurant with parents for fun, had lots of BBQ steak, tons of tofu soup, and bits and pieces of I dont know what (all I know is it's delicious :p )

Workout
40 minutes on aero-bicycle (somehow I think the heart-rate monitor on this one was faulty,because it couldnt read my heart-rate even though I was gripping the sensor handle the whole time, worked on abs and some weights....

Dinner
1 self-grilled sandwich with lettuce, turkey, lettuce, and mustard
1 cup of skim milk
salad with italian and the usual
 
Breakfast/Lunch woke up at 1 today
Indulged on one powdered donut
1 cup of skim milk
1 Kellogg's Honey Nut Cherrios with skim milk
Indulged on two mini-ice-cream bars
Tried the meatloaf and hated it
Some bites of green-peas
 
Dinner
2 scoops of Sticky Rice
1 cup of Powerade-Lime
Salad with Italian and the usual
1 slice of Supreme Pizza
2 mini-ice-cream-sandwich bars
 
:D Sometimes ya just got to have it ;)
