I did a bad thing today with dinner - had an offer for free Wingnuts Chicken and I coudlnt resist -- Let's survey the damage - 6+ pieces of assorted BBQ/Spicy/Lemon-Line chicken wings/strips with one can of Orange Soda (the soda had around 180 calories)
Breakfast/Lunch (woke up at 2 pm today)

1 Sloppy-Joe BBQ burger

1 Bowl of Kellogg's Special-K Strawberry Cereal
2 mini-ice cream vanilla sandwiches
Excercise
40 min on Aero-Bicycle including 30 minutes at 160 bpm
abs-crunches and weights

1 self-made grilled sandwich with turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and mustard

NEWS - I found I lost another 3 pounds! Down to 184!
Thanks cocogirl...... One thing Im quite concerned about is that Im losing water weight instead of fat weight.... So Ill definitely need more excercising. This week's excercising was subpar at best.
