Skim milk with Kellogg's Corn Flakes

Lunch
Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowl - 452 g
1 bowl of chicken noodle soup
 
Dinner
Half-Bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup
1 Salad with Italian and the usual
2 servings of Thai Shrimp Rice Entree
Tried eating the Brocolli Lasagna, but couldnt bother finishing it
1 cup of skim milk
 
Breakfast
Kellogg's Corn Flakes with Skim Milk

Lunch

Muffeulatta's (450 calories)
1 salad with Italian and the usual
1 cup of skim milk
1 apple

Dinner
Went To Quiznos Sub to have a Lite-Turkey Regular-Size Sub with Wheat Bread
1 Bowl of Clam Chouder Soup

1 serving of pasta with marianara, tomates, green peppers, and onion (NO sausages)
1 cup of skim milk
1 salad with italian and the usual
1 ham sandwich with wheat bread, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and mustard

Went to Quiznos again and had a regular Turkey-Lite sub with fat-free dressing
1 Bowl of Chili Soup

Dinner
I did a bad thing today with dinner - had an offer for free Wingnuts Chicken and I coudlnt resist -- Let's survey the damage - 6+ pieces of assorted BBQ/Spicy/Lemon-Line chicken wings/strips with one can of Orange Soda (the soda had around 180 calories) :(

Pasta with Marianarra
1 cup of skim milk

Dinner
1 cup of skim milk
1 self-made grilled wheat sandwich with turkey, tomatoes, lettuce, and mustard
1 salad with italian and the usual

Late-Night Snack
Had some leftover chicken/buffalo wings from the Wingnuts I had the other day....
 
Breakfast/Lunch (woke up at 2 pm today) :p

1 Sloppy-Joe BBQ burger
1 Salad with Italian and the usual
1 Bowl of Kellogg's Special-K Strawberry Cereal
2 mini-ice cream vanilla sandwiches

Excercise
40 min on Aero-Bicycle including 30 minutes at 160 bpm
abs-crunches and weights

Dinner
1 self-made grilled sandwich with turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and mustard
1 cup of skim milk
1 salad with italian and the usual
2 mini-ice cream vanilla sandwiches

NEWS - I found I lost another 3 pounds! Down to 184! :p

I just hate you :) :p (in a good way,of course! :p ).You can it all this yammy things and still loose weight.Congratultions on your weight loss!!! :)

Thanks cocogirl...... One thing Im quite concerned about is that Im losing water weight instead of fat weight.... So Ill definitely need more excercising. This week's excercising was subpar at best.

This week overall in terms of excercising is so minute:mad: . I blame it on the hectic schedule of classes and tests.... Hopefully next week will be better!

Dinner
To celebrate a good test grade, I went to eat at Quiznos.. Had a Turkey-Lite sub with wheat bread and fat-free dressing along with one bowl of clam-chouder soup :p

Lunch
Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowl
1 Bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup

Dinner
1 Turkey Sub with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and mustard
1 salad with italian and the usual
some bites of red rice
2 glasses of Minute Maid Kiwi-Strawberry

Workout
40 Minutes at the aero-bicycle including 30 minutes at 160 target heart rate
Didnt really do upper body much
