3 pounds isn’t that bad you no you can fix that in a couple of weeks of good exercise and good food. :cool: I no you can kick butt :D

Last Night's Dinner I Had
1 Scoop of Bowtie Pasta
1 Serving of Kung Pao Chicken With Rice
1 Beef fajita Quesadillas
1 glass of skim milk

-----A lot of calories, but I did better today

Breakfast
Two incomplete slices of Dominos Ham Pizza
1 Incomplete Apple

Lunch
Kellogg's Special-K with Skim Milk
Sandwich with Turkey, Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Mustard Grilled
Glass of skim milk


Workout
1 hour worth of excercising on the aero-bicycle including 50 minutes at a Target heart rate of 160
Abs crunches and upper body weights

Dinner
1 Incomplete Apple
1 Glass of skim milk
Kellogg's Special-K with skim milk
Had an incomplete sandwich with Turkey, Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Mustard (plain - not grilled)
 
Late Night Snack
I began to feel fevershly sick, naseous, and hungry. Probably because I didnt eat that much today, so I had a snack....
2 slices of Dominos pizza with ham (finally finished the pizza from last week)
2 apples
 
Skipped Breakfast

Lunch
Chicken Salad at a Junior's Restaurant
Indulged on one Super-size White Chocolate Shake - I couldnt resist!
 
Dinner
1 Big Scoop of Mashed Potato
1 Chicken Patti with Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Ketchup
1 Salad with Italian and the usual
1 Small Flatbread Pizaa (250 calories)
 
Breakfast
Fruityloops with Soy Milk

Lunch
Salad with Italian and the Usual
1 Bowl of Macoroni Pasta with Alfredo sauce and some grilled chicken
1 Bowl of Kellogg's Special-K with Skim Milk
1 Cup of Skim Milk
 
NEWS - I went to my fitness doctor, and she weighed me. I am now 180 pounds!!!!! :eek: I was quite surprised and Im wondering if that was my water weight or something?
 
Do ya no what’s funny if she had of said that you have put on weight you would have believed it with out a problem :eek: . Take what ya can get and love it congrats on the weight loss woo hoo :D
 
Thanks a lot girls! Today I went with a Chinese friend to a Chinese Restaurant and had tons of food... Too many to describe, but just to say - I was definitely full afterwards...

Went to celebrate birthday with a friend, who offered to buy me dinner at
Moe's ---- had a Chicken Burrito with everything in it
Took a few bites of Torotilla Chips
 
Workout
60 minutes on the Aero-Bicycle including 50 minutes at target heart rate of 160.... (Im still testing the HIIT, and hitting a few bumps because it's a lot of work to change speeds every minute....)
Abs-crunches (Doing 5 sets of 20 = 100 total)
Upper body weights and stuff...

Since it was my birthday I decided to buy a Gatorade drink to celebrate... :p

Try reducing rest time instead of increasing/decreasing speed...it might make it a little less frustrating and will add something diff. to the workout...

awww...gotta love that Starbucks! I love the awake tea...and the fraps! (eventhough they aren't so good for the diet)
