ooh dont skip breakfast if you can help it.. your body really needs that in the morning & even if you cant do cereal & milk..maybe grab a special k cereal bar or a piece of fruit and cheese..somethin..your brain & your body needs fuel to work! Looks like your doing well though...good luck w/ your classes

Went to LA Fitness and did 1 hour of pedaling and worked up a tremendous amount of sweat - keeping the THR of 160, and burned around 600 calories
Also tried some weights

Salad with Low-Fat Ranch dressing and boiled eggs
1 Bowl of Special-K with skim milk.....

I got some Winsor Pilates tapes and tried doing two sessions back to back... But it was too much... I had to rest between the first and second session....

Went to a Korean Tofu House and had lots of good healthy things including Rice, Tofu, Fish, Potatoes, some Spicy Veggies, etc
Had a plate of BBQ Spare Ribs too

Actually after reading some response of the Special-K diet, I decided that it may not best option to rigidly pursue, so I created my own little variation, basically following this formula most days - lunch or breakfast eat a hearty meal, and for dinner - eat something light (due to the fact that I dont burn as much calories as I do in the daytime). So for the light meal, I would usually go for a salad and cereal... :p What do you guys think?
 
I think your idea is really good. I have a hard time with breakfast and I have to find out a way to force it down. I hear I'd have much easier sucess if i could.

There are times when I do eat something in the morning and by 10am I have the shakes, I know have low blood sugar, but I cannot figure out why I shake after eating breakfast, I mean I have the whole thing: sweat, shakes, sick tummy etc.

sigh, I just don't get it....

The light dinner menu is a great plan, I've heard over and over that the lightest meal of the day should be dinner. Let us know how it goes.
