Wooo thats wicked, well though i lost my 4lb loss from last week down to 2lb, i got another 2lb so im slightly lower than i thought i was last night.
Yes i doubled weighed myself and moved the scales around to check lol :D
So im happy for week 2 weigh in :)
 
Monday 1st January=216.1
Monday 8th January=214.0
Monday 15th January=211.6
Monday 22nd January=
Monday 29th January=

Target Weight for the 8th=214.0
Target Weight For the 15th=212.0
Target Weight For the 22nd=209.0

Overall weight loss target=10lb

Not to sure if im gonna hit the target this time - but ill be giving it my damnedest!
 
Howdy all and congrats wishes a loss is a loss!! I am having
pc probs so I am not sure if it will be working tomorrow if it
is only a bad cord I'll buy that tomorrow but if it something more
the tech can't get here till Thursday.I am going ahead and putting down my weight as 188.5 thats what it said this morning if it say's different

Im 3lbs from my target, so if i work hard this week i could probably hit by monday, damn that would be awesome. Im thinking of bumping up my target to 9 or 10lbs, but i think ill just leave it as it is, then and if i beat it then awesome:cool:
 
Well, i thought it would be easier if it lasted for 4 weeks, so on the 29th, unless anyone has major objections to this.
 
hmm yeah i suppose. I just like the idea of having 2 extra days to see if i can kick another lb in the nads :D

Either or, doesnt really matter lol.
 
Whatever! I am in this fior the challenge and I have flunked so far! Surprised someone hasn't kicked me off the team. Trying to make up for it this coming Monday! I will try not to let you, and me, down!!:rolleyes:
 
I am so bummed that I gained 3 lb for the weigh-in, but I must explain - I had been on a LONG plane flight the night before, so I had tons of dependent edema in my feet and legs. I weighed this morning and I am at 158 again, go figure. So sorry for the weight gain, but it wasn't really real, it was just water. I will weigh in better next week, I promise!

Sorry so late....

After a HORRIBLE weekend (check out my journal ~ Lymelyte's Diary) I thank God that I didn't gain. Way to go team....

Monday 1st January= 188 lbs
Monday 8th January= 182.4 lbs ~ total of 5.6 lbs lost!
Monday 15th January= 181.4 lbs ~ total of 6.6 lbs lost!
Monday 22nd January=
Monday 29th January=

Target Weight for the 8th= 186 (182.4 actual)
Target Weight For the 15th= 184 (181.4 actual-thank God for the first week)
Target Weight For the 22nd=182
Target Weight for the 29th= 180

Overall weight loss target= 8
 
wow some nice losses there, are yu just starting out i take it?
I was watching biggest loser the other week and some dude lost 10.7kg (about 22lb) in one week, it wasnt even his first week either!
He had to have been packing water weight on
 
Hey people, i weighed myself today, i couldnt resist, and it would appear ive already reached....and past my target for monday, and am only 1lb of overall target. I havent seen the scales as low a long time. and i cant wait to get lower:D i feel nice and healthy this morning, i made sure i went to bed nice and early yesterday, so ive had sleep from 9.30 till 7.30, plus i forgot to set my alarm, its always nice to wake up naturally without the stupid beeping sound.
