:D Wow I lost 3 lbs since last monday and hit my target on the
head!Thats a first for me in a longggg time! Congrats everyone

wow it wasnt just me, we all kicked ass just about :D
 
I just started counting up are team weight loss so far, got to 17.5 so far, but i dont think i included everyone, but 17.5 lbs is a lot of weight :D
 
I am sorry guys I didn't lose anything this week. I worked out, counted cal, and drank my water. PMS time for me and at least I didn't gain with it. I am still working hard and hope to see better results next weigh in!!:eek:
 
oo, recalculation 18.1 lbs, so far and thats from the 7 ppl that have posted there weight up to now. strictly of the record were winning so far i think, but on other teams there are a load of people who havent posted yet.

i'm right there with you and i applaud you for still working out and all. i did too, but i know how hard it can get around that time for some. anyway yeah - you know you're doing everything you can & should, so it's all good. great job!!!!

I went over and BEYOND my target as well. I dont care if its water or what. It is MOTIVATING ~ THATS for sure.

Monday 1st January= 188 lbs
Monday 8th January= 182.4 lbs ~ total of 5.6 lbs lost!
Monday 15th January=
Monday 22nd January=
Monday 29th January=

Target Weight for the 8th= 186 (182.4 actual)
Target Weight For the 15th= 184
Target Weight For the 22nd=182
Target Weight for the 29th= 180

Overall weight loss target= 8
 
Hey there "B" it's ok we can see you worked your tale off!
Next week it will show up.I lost only a 1LB for Friday's last
weigh in and I doubled exersiced ate 1200 cals 128 ozs water
but here it is Mon and another Lb gone.I think my 1 cheat meal
I had Friday kept me from losing my MAX.
Anyway everyone is doing great Tammy:D
 
Dont worry about those that dont loose, i probably wont loose towards the end of this challenge for probably the same reasons :D

And you better believe you will be loosing for me then :D
 
It seems weird but i seem to recall weight falling off faster for me around that ahem...time. But it may have been a sheer coincidence and im sure this month will be the test lol.

Oh you put the water weight on a couple days before and as soon as you get it you usually loose it fairly quick.
 
great on the diet exercise front, poor on the weight loss front. Ive gained 3-4lb back, probably water weight from exercising.
Whenever i do exercise like im doing now (hard out) i gain in the short term, i think its water weight.
 
i'm hangin' in there! workin' hard on my eating habits and my exercise, so i'm feelin' great! we see how the scales feel in a few days! hehehe!
