I am sorry guys I didn't lose anything this week. I worked out, counted cal, and drank my water. PMS time for me and at least I didn't gain with it. I am still working hard and hope to see better results next weigh in!!
i'm right there with you and i applaud you for still working out and all. i did too, but i know how hard it can get around that time for some. anyway yeah - you know you're doing everything you can & should, so it's all good. great job!!!!
great on the diet exercise front, poor on the weight loss front. Ive gained 3-4lb back, probably water weight from exercising.
Whenever i do exercise like im doing now (hard out) i gain in the short term, i think its water weight.
i'm hangin' in there! workin' hard on my eating habits and my exercise, so i'm feelin' great! we see how the scales feel in a few days! hehehe!
