Tomorow im going to be perfect *straightens halo* no little 'nibbles' in the fridge, or out of the cereal packet, 2 snacks a day, instead of spread out picking at stuff. Well 2 snacks if i absolutely need them. I know my targets 2, but id love to lose 4lbs this week. and if i do well this weekend i could probabkly do it, takes the pressure of the next 3 weeks.
 
I let myself slip the first few days of the challenge. Sorry. I think it was just because i new that i was still making a difference from when i first started trying to lose weight. But what i needed to realize was that i need to keep making differences daily. I needed to keep pushing myself. Hope other people are doing well. jmnewsome is right...it sucks making the same goals every year...its time that our goals are accomplished, and next year we make some new goals.
 
I have been working really hard at losing weight, I'm following a pretty strict diet and I have worked out every day since the new year... I don't want to weigh in before Monday, though, because I don't want to disappoint myself (or you guys!). Just so you know, though, I am sticking to the plan and I hope we see some positive results!
 
ok, nearly the end of week one, well for most people, i hope everyone did well :D , and if you didnt, well new week ahead :D Lets kick those pounds arses :cool:
 
Monday 1st January= 164.8
Monday 8th January= 162.6
Monday 15th January=
Monday 22nd January=
Monday 29th January=

Target Weight for the 8th= 163
Target Weight For the 15th= 161
Target Weight For the 22nd=
Target Weight for the 29th=


2 lbs gone! And here I thought I would be lower than my 1.5 lb goal...:D :D
 
My goal was 2 lbs but I lost 5... I think maybe 2 or 3 of the pounds were water-weight from a New Year's Hangover initially, but hey, I'll take it where I can get it! GO TEAM 1!
