i've been doing well. Ive been exercising daily, and my calories have stayed at about 1300 calories. Except for today i had roughly 1500. But i'm going to exercise a whole bunch now. I hope i make my goal.
 
MM the humidity here over the last few days has been extremly high. I wonder if that affects anything at all. You do end up feeling all tired and bloated and lethargic. Its like being in a sauna that you cant get out of.
Oh well, at least i can say ive counted my calories, and done my cycling, and done the weights at the gym etc :)
It will go eventually whatever it is !
 
i'm working really hard, but i must tell you that my weight has not moved at all, so we'll see tomorrow. i don't wanna let you guys down and i promise i'm workin' hard, but i can't promise anything.
 
i really dont want to weigh myself until the weigh-in day... but yesterday i ate 1476 calories, and exercised for 2.5 hours.. i worked off about 1530 calories!!!

I second that! Well I have gone down 1lb, but that is all. I hope Monday is better!!:eek:
 
How's it going you ask...

very well on this end! i have a "cheat" day on this Friday.... but I think I'm going to "tame" myself ~ its my husband's birthday and we are going to Copper Grill! :cool:

I'm planning NOW for my morning workout since I think I'll have a "free" day on Friday. But I can't let you all down! No way.. no how!
 
Hey everyone- a few wobbly days this week, but ive still reached my target for this week, but hopefully i can get of 1 or 2 lbs over the weeked, by being really good, and stop eating when im full, not eating random snacks i dont really need, but im at my target already ,so whatever happens no worries :D

We all have it within are capabilities to make our goals. A few set backs are nothing :cool:. :D (if u havent noticed jane had a revelation lol)
 
Wow everyone is kicking AZZ!!! I am 1/2 lb off for my target and
I am hoping over the weekend. Lol thank god for this challange and
that it falls on MONDAYS,because normally I would weigh in every
Friday and if I lost I would treat myself to a yummy meal and desert of my
choice but since I need to kick butt in this challange for Monday that
helps me stay on track ;) !Goodluck everyone Tammy
 
I'm so sorry to hear about the job loss BMOHearn. :( I love the idea of having something in front of the tv though. I would love an elliptical or treadmill going and watch a movie. I'd forget that I was too tired to keep going. ;)
 
well it seems my scales fluked the 4lb, i had probably only lost 2lb. Stupid uneven flooring.
Anyway im gonna edit my weights and goals to fit accordingly if nobody objects. Its only 2lb but i feel like a fraud for posting a loss of 4lb when i only lost 2lb :O

i ve done well this weekend considering all the temptations flying around.
 
I refuse to weigh in on any OTHER scale for consistency and the base is closed tomorrow, so I'll post on Tuesday my weight loss. I hope after this weekend (my husband's birthday), I am not too bad off. Thank GOD for the great week #1!

i am hoping so badllly to lose 3lbs this week aswell, to be out of the 13stone range would be awesome (182-196), and id be so close if i managed 3 this week, but i really have no idea. im certain ill hit my target for the end of the month (famous last words) but i will be much more at ease, if i can take the pressure of the last 2 weeks.

i checked the scales this morning to see how well i was doing. I wanted to make sure that i wasnt gaining weight. And wanted to see what i need to do today to help myself out. I weighed 190!! Thats 2 lbs less than my goal for this week. i just want to keep it off for 1 more day!! I kicked this goals ass!
