wow some nice losses there, are yu just starting out i take it?

Kind of...started at 197 when I decided to get into eating healthy (or trying) and going to the gym regularly. Went down to 188 and maintained even over the holidays and the months prior when I didnt do ANYTHING steady except what I wasnt supposed too. LOL

bad day this week so I am hoping for atleast a nochange or

idont think i deserve those congratulations anymore :( , got sent home from school due to reallllllly bad winds, power going off, everyhitng, and i was stressed, scared, bored , and that was the only comforter-eating crap- really which is worrying, but the powers back and im getting back on track right now, i only have a maximuim of 3lb to lose, and still have 10 days, so i am confident i can still do it.
 
hey people, after the little, erm, stumble yesterday, im at 183, so 2lbs from target, so thats pretty doable i think, bearing in mind there will probably be a nice load of water weight sticking to me for a few days :(
 
yeah, same, must be the time of month for all of us :/

Exercised like a bat outta hell this week burning close on 1400 cals most days. No loss as yet - expect it hopefully before weigh in or the week after :)
 
well i managed to get back on track, im so tired atm, im just stressing over stuff must me , hormones lol, im glad i have something to blame it on, anyway, hope eeveryone else has been doing better than i have the past few days.
 
Phew, no worries, i checked my weight today, and im 183, so thats down a pound for the week, and theres still 2 days left, so im going to work extra hard, before the old water weight kicks in, unless it already has kicked in, i hope it has :( so theres still 9 days for 2lb so its pretty reosnable. Argh, to get to 181, is like a huuuge milestone for me, ive got so close to it so many times, but just can never get down to it, so, im going to have to step it up, and make sure i just get on with it, not go pig out :eek:
 
Howdy Jan way to go on the 1lbs gone and you still have
till Monday I weighed in the same(exspected it) so I have 2
days to lose and I am pretty sure I will because the scale was
in my favor when I weighed in tonight and nightime you weigh
more than morning so gotta get through Sat (I have a party)
and Sun will be no Prob!

i will be exeedingly lucky, if i stay the same this week, more likely ive gained a few pounds though :( :( argh, i promise ill work my butt off (literally) this week guys to get as close as i can to my target.

Not that i didnt deserve it, well my few days of weakness took there toll i suppose, hopefully some of that is water weight, hmm, well, i suppose i better take this as a kick up the backside to get going again, those were 3lbs i could have lost, but , its a new week and i refuse to dwell on the past. sorry guys, i will try my hardest to get my 2/8lb total up, to 5/8 this week, by workin my butt off, i absolutely promise. but im pretty certain, im not going to lose 6lbs between now and the end of the month.

Well, I may not make my 8 lbs. goal, but I'm making great progress. This past week is the first week that I've actually done really well with my eating habits and I finally realized (no matter how many times I've heard it) that weightloss really is about 80% of what you eat. Having said that - if any one has any super great recipes for vegetables, or chicken breast...please let me know. I've been researching and made a great eggplant dish, but I'd still love any input!

Monday 15th January= 181.4 lbs ~ total of 6.6 lbs lost!
Monday 22nd January= 178.4 lbs ~ total of 9.6 lbs lost!

Target Weight for the 8th= 186 (182.4 actual)
Target Weight For the 15th= 184 (181.4 actual-thank God for the first week)
Target Weight For the 22nd=182 (178.4 actual - yeah I met my goal and have almost met my first small goal!)

Have you tried a Honey Chicken? I did that and loved it! And buy some lipton onion soup for your veggies. That and some olive oil make a GREAT seasoning.

Howdy everyone I lost -2.5 lbs this week with "NO" cheating
on the weekend.Wishes no loss but "NO" gain ;) JAN the

hey niapage. thankyou :)_ oddly enough (i gave in to the scales) i was down 3lbs this morning since yesterday i mean what the...:eek: i cud stll meet my goal yet :D
 
You guys are doing great! I am trying some different stuff and hope to actually help out on this last week of the challenge!!:eek:
