Man im sucking at this challenge this time - hopefully i kick some ass for the last week *G*

well ive abstained from cycling and exercise for a couple days.
What ive noticed happens if i exercise to much is i retain water. So far this is day 3 of no exercise and suddenly im peeing TONS.

Body probably thinks i need more water because im doing so much exercise or something lol. Weird. Will find out anyway by weigh in time :)
 
heya everyone, im just hoping i can get as close to my target as possible, im not expecting miracles at this stage in the challenge...owww i think im getting a wisdom tooth coming through or something, unless i have a phantom toothe that is aching. lol...erm...anyhoo, first 2 days were a success, and so will the 3rd.. i have enough work o be getting on with when i get home later, so tht should be a good way to be out of the kitchen.

the fact that you're being honest and still reaching for your goals is awesome in itself. i'm not gonna reach my goal either, but i feel great b/c i'm really working hard on changing my eating habits and making exercise a part of my everyday life. so yeah - anyway - i applaud everyone just for signing up and accepting the challenge!!!! :)

I have a wedding reception to go to tomorrow (sunday) night.

Hopefully it wont give me extra weight whilst im still digesting as its lateish at night and heavy foods (though ill be in my calorie range)
If it does ill stick with the weight i weighed in tomorrow morning before i went :)
 
Argh i haven been on a here a few days mainly due to the fact ive been in bed, :(:( but i weighed myself this morning and it said 182 (1lb from target) so you never know i might make my target, im not sure if the weight will stay of because i was ill, i dunno anyway, bleh im going back 2 bed.
 
ok, so its still another day till weigh in but im 180 :eek: i know ive been ill and thats definetly the explination but hey im not complaining. im just going to have to see if it all piles back on once im well again.
 
wow, imagine if you make it to 179 :)

Well tonights dinner was pretty darned good, i had a small serving of butter chicken and a ton of fruit. In fact i ate so much fruit today that my protein is down a little low :O
Anyway Thats a relief, bring on the weigh in!
 
It would be nice to get to 179 :) but id actually rather stay were i am for a while ive lost quite a lot in a few days and which probably isnt htat good
 
well, i weighed in.
Im -7.4 for the month which is pretty piss poor for me. But im ok with it :)

Monday 15th January=266.0
Monday 22nd January=265.0
Monday 29th January=261.5

Target Weight for the 8th=267.5
Target Weight For the 15th=265.5
Target Weight For the 22nd=263.5
Target Weight for the 29th=261.5 ohmigosh!!!! I made it!!!!! I'm freakin' out!

Overall weight loss target= 8

I'm even more excited right now, b/c I thought I set my goal at 260, so now that I'm here...I'm ecstatic. I'm actually in a "club" here "hotties in 2007" and I chose to weigh on fridays, so I knew I was at 262.5, but I didn't know if I'd make any progress over the weekend. I'm really just excited. I'm not sure if I've said this here, but I really do think that getting my eating habits together has been the turning point. I've found so many awesome recipes and used them already. This is just awesome. Wow! Good luck to everyone and please keep going b/c you're worth it! We all are!!!! :D
 
Monday 1st January= 164.8
Monday 8th January= 162.6
Monday 15th January= 161.8
Monday 22nd January= 161
Monday 29th January= 158.2

Target Weight for the 8th= 163 Done
Target Weight For the 15th= 161 Close!
Target Weight For the 22nd= 159.5 Not even in the ballpark.
Target Weight for the 29th= Somewhere in the 159 Yay!!!!!


5 and a half pounds gone!!

Overall weight loss target=10 lbs

I choked at the end so my total weighloss was - 7.5 :)

I could have easily made my goal but I ate over the weekend badly
and now I am paying for it.Congrats everyone that kicked but I feel
I did really good until this last week.Tammy:)
 
Oh yeah! I did it! I did it!

Monday 1st January= 188 lbs
Monday 8th January= 182.4 lbs ~ total of 5.6 lbs lost!
Monday 15th January= 181.4 lbs ~ total of 6.6 lbs lost!
Monday 22nd January= 178.4 lbs ~ total of 9.6 lbs lost!
Monday 29th January= 176.3 lbs ~ total of 11.7 lbs lost!

Target Weight for the 8th= 186 (182.4 actual)
Target Weight For the 15th= 184 (181.4 actual-thank God for the first week)
Target Weight For the 22nd=182 (178.4 actual - yeah I met my goal and have almost met my first small goal!)
Target Weight for the 29th= 180 (176.3 actual!!!)

Overall weight loss target= 8 - 11.7 LBS!!!

NOW WHO IS STARTING THE NEXT ONE?! VERY MOTIVATIONAL!
