Have another uneven muscle problem...

My trap area is uneven. I do shoulder press with dumbbells, and my right side is a lot stronger than my left; but my left is bigger than my right. How should I train to even things out?!
 
I would try some barbell shrugs and barbell upright rows (closer grip), they'll hit the traps more, and you'll be using hands to hold the barbell
 
How long have you been doing it. There is often muscle diparity in novice trainers (training for less than one year). It usually evens out over time. Dont bother lifting more weight with one hand or anything wierd like that just give it time.
 
I dont stretch too much after lifting. And I have been training for about a year. I'll just work them both with even weight. Thanks guys.
