45 min with my trainer, 60 min of yoga
Sunday (0) + (0) + (0) = (0) day off and no plans of crazy new foods
Monday (1) + (1) + (0) = (2) 40 min on the elliptical 60 min of yoga
Tuesday (0) + (0) + (2) = (2) asparagus & beets in a side salad day off
Wednesday (1) + (1) +(0) = (2) 35 min on elliptical 15 min core 15 min lower body
Thursday (1) + (1) + (0) = (2) 45 min on elliptical 60 min of yoga
Friday (1) + (1) + (5) = (7) 30 min elliptical 60 min with trainer, Fetta cheese,lamb meatballs, bessara, lentil hummus, eggplant meatballs, rice & pignola nuts
Total Points for Week 6 = (17)

Start weight - 192
End weight- 191.2

Hey Everyone!! Remember this?? Not sure everyone had a chance to read all the good stuff people had to say about them.

I gathered up the posts for this exercise and put them together on the first page of the Scoreboard Thread. Due to too many characters, I had to delete smilies, and also break it apart into 2 posts.

Saturday (0) + (0) + (1) = (1)---turkey breast w/ broccoli---REST DAY
Sunday (0) + (0) + (1) = (1)---grapefruit--_REST---i know STILL
Monday (1) + (0) + (1) = (2)---Long brisk walk late night with the dog and the man....hahaha.....Seminar last night....DAMN!! Green Tea!
Tuesday (1) + (0) + (1) = (2)--"same as yesterday".....w/ yogurt...hmmm....
Wednesday (0) + (0) +(1) = (1)---seminar---no exercise--got home superrrr late----:( miss my man....or I woulda gone to the gym at 1:00am....:eek:.....this needs to change NOW!
Thursday (1) + (1) + (1) = (3)-ran gym, cottage cheese, turkey, broccolli
Friday (1) + (0) + (1) = (2)----so dead tired from work........I NEED A DAY OFF!!!! boooooooooo --green tea, yogurt

...trying not to go crazy, with the workouts this week, but since I have NO DAYS off, coming up for like 3 weeks :eek:...I have to not spread myself thin, or I will be hating life later! :(

Thursday (0) + (1) + (1) = (2) 30 min wii fit strength- apple
Friday (0) + (0) + (1) = (1) (turkey) (knees hurt too bad to move)

Hey Playmates. I was completely swamped at work this week and also nursing some injuries so my points are not as high as I would have liked...but I did go down a bit on the scale!! OOUUU!! After I get my presentation on Tuesday AM I should be back online more frequently. I'm getting my ass kicked and handed to me at work!!

eh being sick killed my points and my period apparently decided to make the scale jump bc I don't think I actually gained with all the eating I wasn't doing thanks to being sick...eh well new week and feeling back to normal so we shall see

Monday (1) + (1) + (1) = (3)--OMG!!! :eek:....almost wussued out!! 2:00-3:00am workout!!-stairs @ work/30 min.hip hop abs with weights 8lb/20 min yoga video, 20 min windsor pilates video w/ball, 200 crunches.....DID IT!!! GOTTA get back on track!!!! ;)Swamped! stairs!

Wednesday (1) + (1) +(1) = (3)--30 min 5lbs/Hoola,(300reps abs on Ab Lounge + 100 reps floor mat abs),30 min. The biggest Loser video w/ 8lb weights, 15 min video dance with Windsor Pilates ball, stairs @ work---AGAIN :eek: 12:00 AM workout!!! Cheeeea! STILL GOING!!!! :)
Thursday (1) + (1) + (1) = (3)---bam--4.5 mile run @ park/gym-30 min treadmill fast walk/stairs at work/30 min sauna/10 min. hoola hoop/30 min. weights and abs @gym!!! AGAIN 12:00 AM-1:45 am :eek: at gym!!!! WOOOOA!!! I THINK THIS IS GOING TO WORK for me!!!
Friday (1) + (1) + (1) = (3)--ALL I CAN SAY IS ......JUST DO IT.....DO WORK SON!!! DO WORK!!! ;)--20 min. Windsor Pilates, 30 min. Hip Hop Abs with 8lbs weights/10 min. Hoola Hoop/20 min. Yoga Flex Stretch Video...little baby steps -15 min.
