hey ladies... i dont know if it will hold but I weighed in this morning at 156! Woo Hoo!!! Im almost half way to the 140's! Really sore today from moving and volleyball last night but I am gonna try to make it to step aerobics today and do some arms since that is the only thing that isnt killing me right now!

Ok for my challenge, and yes you're all going to hate me, but the challenge is to do one 10-15 min visualization exercise each day. To get the point you must a. do it b. quick summary of the exercise each day

Saturday (0) + (0) + (1) = (1)-rest....MY DAMN NECK!!!...had to work....STAIRS HERE!!
Sunday (0) + (0) + (1) = (1)--rest---I FEEL CRIPPLED!~!!!:ack2:....had to work STAIRS HERE!!!
Monday (1) + (1) + (1) = (3)--OMG!!! :eek:....almost wussued out!! 2:00-3:00am workout!!-stairs @ work/30 min.hip hop abs with weights 8lb/20 min yoga video, 20 min windsor pilates video w/ball, 200 crunches.....DID IT!!! GOTTA get back on track!!!! ;)Swamped! stairs!
Tuesday (1) + (1) + (1) = (3)---same time, same place, same workout!!! CHeeeeea! ;)...stairs @ work
Wednesday (1) + (1) +(1) = (3)--30 min 5lbs/Hoola,(300reps abs on Ab Lounge + 100 reps floor mat abs),30 min. The biggest Loser video w/ 8lb weights, 15 min video dance with Windsor Pilates ball, stairs @ work---AGAIN :eek: 12:00 AM workout!!! Cheeeea! STILL GOING!!!! :)
Thursday (1) + (1) + (1) = (3)---bam--4.5 mile run @ park/gym-30 min treadmill fast walk/stairs at work/30 min sauna/10 min. hoola hoop/30 min. weights and abs @gym!!! AGAIN 12:00 AM-1:45 am :eek: at gym!!!! WOOOOA!!! I THINK THIS IS GOING TO WORK for me!!!

Monday (1) + (1) + (1) = (3)-----12:30 AM :eek:-after seminar- Still going!--30 min. Hip Hop Abs w/ 8lbs weights, 25 min. yoga video---YEAAA!!! NO WUSSING OUT!!! Visualized-me and my THIRD EYE :) in HOT BIKRAM YOGA!!!
Tuesday (1) + (1) + (1) = (3)---run 4.5 mile @ Balboa Park-after work/Gym w/ Alane83 -about 45-1hr min. weights---ooh we got trained!!! LOL ;), visualized Long Distance Running on the Coast 1 highway, new shoes, wind splashing, smalllllll shorts ;)!!! hehehe

So... I don't know where to post this because I don't know how many people read the MAIN VEGAS THREAD anymore....
Hotel rooms... I need to get them scheduled but don't know where to start. First of all, how many people are going with significant others? Second, how do I reserve all the rooms together without a credit card? No offense to anyone but I'm not putting that many rooms on my card lol.... suggestions anyone? I will post this in each team thread so I know everyone sees it. All suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

i say we....
1. take a vote on the hotel
2. figure out everyone thats going
3. figure out when everyone is going ( some early)
4. pick roomies(some might want 2 to a room some might want 4)
5. each room will pick one person to be in charge of booking the room

as long as we are all in the same hotel in the same section i dont see why we would all have to be on the same floor that might be too hard to figure out and i am not even sure they do that!
