I'm down w/shooting for perfect points! It's always good to shoot for the stars and miss than aim for shit and hit. (One of my favorite sayings...LOL)

Week 6: Cardio + Weight Training + Weekly Bonus = Total Daily Points
Saturday (1) + (1) + (0) = (2) (45 min weights class) (2 hours intense cleaning)
Sunday (0) + (0) + (0) = (0 ) (so sore from yesterday I can not move! ouch)
Monday (1) + (1) + (1) = (3) (moving furniture & boxes for 2 hours)
Tuesday (1) + (1) + (1) = (3)(1 hr yoga & 30 min step aerobics)
Wednesday (1) + (1) +(1) = (3)(45 min cycling: 45 min tennis: 30 min pilates)
Thursday (1) + (1) + (1) = (3) (1 hour step aerobics: 30 min arms, back, abs)
Friday (1) + (1) + (1) = (3) ( 1 hour of circuit training)
Total Points for Week 6 = (15) 17 actual

Saturday (1) + (1) + (0) = (2) 30 min on the elliptical 45 minutes of strength training with my trainer
Sunday (1) + (0) + (1) = (2) an am romp session
Monday (0) + (1) + (1) = (2) 1 hr of yoga (counting as strength bc I felt like that was the bigger challenge with it)
Tuesday (1) + (0) + (1) = (2) 30 minutes on the elliptical
Wednesday (1) + (1) +(1) = (3) 45 min of cardio on the elliptical, 30 min of abs and legs
Thursday (1) + (1) + (1) = (3) 45 min of cardio on the elliptical, 45 min of strength training with my trainer, 1 hr of yoga
Friday (1) + (1) + (1) = (3) 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and 45 minutes of strength training with my trainer
Total Points for Week 6 = (16) adds up to 17 but with the rule change 16 is what it works out to be

Weekly Bonus Challenge Starting Saturday 7/26/08

This week try to eat 7 new foods; 1 point for each new food. The food must be a fruit, vegetable, meat, or grain. You can get more than one point in one day for a MAX of 7 points for the week. Each of the 7 foods must be different and you must list out which food it was. This will be a challenging one!!!
 
Here are my final points. I didn't get my work out in on Friday. Tri and I broke up at 7am and it ruined the rest of my day...sorry ladies. I'll be more on track this week. xoxo

Thursday (1) + (1) + (0) = (2) (4 hours moving boxes & furniture & 2 hour tennis match)
Friday (1) + (1) + (1) = (3) (6 hours of moving furniture & Boxes) (Black Beans)
Total Points for Week 6 = (17) 21 actual :)

Tuesday (0) + (0) + (0) = (0)---in a funk......:(
Wednesday (0) + (0) +(1) = (1)---organic bread store---some WEIRD brown/BLACK nasty with green seeds stuck on top BREAD......
Thursday (0) + (0) + (3) = 3)---lebonese food----brown balls with meat in em/green leaf dolmas/and pink vegetables of i dunno....
Friday (1) + (1) + (2) = (3)----sushi---some interesting looking rolls w/weird shit in em---hmm---/cleaned house for 4 hrs-moved boxes

Hey ladies, I have run a ton of miles this week and my legs are seriously aching. I was limping around at work today due to a sore ankle. My exercise points are not going to be ideal this week but I'll try to do better over the next few days and get in some more strange foods. LOL

Just a reminder that each team member is responsible for an upcoming weekly bonus challenge.

Find out which week you are up, and start thinking of ideas or get help if you need it.

If you have your idea already, you can post it early and I will add it to the weekly bonus challenge calendar.

Same here!! This week has been ROUGH!!!!! I am still aiming for perfect points though:) We have been moving our entire office to the building across the street! Since there are only 3 of us on the administrative staff we are doing the whole thing! I have never carried so many boxes up so many stairs so many times! It has helped me get my exercise points in for sure! The scale says im down 2 lbs! We will see on Saturday! If thats true then I have broken the plateau!!!!!!!!! :hurray:

We will all get back on track next week.. I think this week has been rough for all of us! We still have a long way to go so no one give up now!
