Yesterday:
deadlifts: 3x8 @ 90lbs
pull ups: 2x8 assisted @ 20lbs, 2x3 body weight
seated rows: 3x8 @ 60lbs
is there anything else i should add to my push/pull split? im only doing this for a couple more weeks, then i'm digging in to NROL
I second those late workouts! But did you have trouble sleeping? Thats always my issue. Where do you go to school?
I could be done with school. I had a free education and blew it. Now I'm trying to work full time and put myself through school without ending up with a bunch on student loans
ohhhhh man, I've been in that exact same situation. I feel your pain...I'm glad you keep on keeping on though, it can be rather daunting.
