I just ordered the book, so i'll be taking a look at it as soon as it comes in. i'll probably actually start it in a few weeks.
yesterday i did a fbw. today will be just cardo. tomorrow another fbw. rest on sunday and get back to the push pull split on Monday.
my numbers dropped slightly, which sucks, but I expected it. I'm also having to re-hydrate. I DEF did not drink enough water while out in the Florida sun.
I know - I'm on my week break between programs (between Fat Loss I and Fat Loss II) so I'm wondering what I'm going to feel like when I hit FL2 on Monday. But I have to say I do like the progression - the BreakIn workout is definitely the place to start, but FL1 was definitely a nice progression from it, with using 3 sets instead of 2, and other added challenges like the bulgarian split squats and lateral ball rolls. FL2 takes FL1 and kicks it up a notch - varying the exercises and adding challenges (bulgarian split squat plus overhead press) so it looks like (once I'm able to do it right) that I'll have a greater sense of accomplishment. I hope the same is true for you when you start doing the workouts.
