Nae82 - Trying to stay on track

Thanks Stingo. I finally got my NROL book yesterday (again)
Today is my fiance's bday so after class I am taking him to dinner. Tomorrow going to Sam's with my mom (that will take all night) and Thursday I have class until 10. I'll probably take Friday, Sat, and Sun to read through it a bit and get started on Monday. :)


Hey today is my boyfriend's birthday too!

Sorry, that's not very fitness related. You're doing great though, just read your log. Keep it up!

I'm feeling very disgusted right now since I haven't worked out AT ALL in a week.
So bad that I'm leaving work early to be able to go for a run before class.

actually.. got home, ran a little over a mile - my apts have a mile long jogging trail but i had to jog a little bit to get to the trail so it probably ended up being a mile and a half. took me like 15 minutes, though I didn't time it.. yeah, i'm slow. then we got out of class 30 minutes early so.. I went straight to the gym. I'm shameful of my numbers so I wont post them! LOL..

squats
pull ups/chin ups.. whichever ones where my palms face me
lunges
DB bench
and 15 mins on the bike.

not to mention I did 40 push ups (10x4) during our break in class.. yeah, people think i'm crazy. but FF i thought about you the entire time! lol
 
Fri.. hiit on the bike.. i get winded fast now! Ive gotta build some endurance back up.

Sat..
squats - 3x12 @ 95
lat pull down - 3x12 @ 55
DB bench - 3x12 @25 which sucks
lunges - 3x12 w/ 20lb DBs
then I threw is some tri ext and bi curls for the heck of it.

starting nrol today.

i actually lost weight :( (but a couple pounds)
still.. my bf% has gone way up. I'm going to see if one of the trainers will check it tonight.. and I'll post it for all to see.. along with a pic before I start NROL.
 
lol.. well it depresses me that I was squating in the 120's before.. then life caught up with me a bit and I wasn't lifting consistently. oh well, I'll get back up there.

Thanks everybody! My job had blocked a bunch of sites, this being one of them. I noticed a while back that myspace wasn't blocked anymore, and guess what, this one isn't either.. weird.

anyway. not much has changed.. work, gym, eat, sleep and trying to plan a wedding in there too. I'll be back to posting regularly and will probably start a new journal.

Hope everyone is doing well!
