straight leg deads - 3x10 @ 55lbs
bent over rows - 3x10 @ 50lbs
DB bench - 3x10 w 30lb DBs
military press - 3x10 w 20lb DBs
back ext w 10lb plate
crunches
15 min jog.. well, 2.5 min walk, 10 min jog, 2.5 min walk

then I went home and made some homemade chicken soup and a bunch of waffles to freeze for breakfast.. Sara.. I sprinkled some cinnamon in the recipe this time.. OMG.. wow..:luxlove::drooling1:
 
LOL.. yeah, I used almond extract too. the cinnamon smelled like it was burning when I was cooking them, but they taste really good :)

then i just microwaved some frozen blueberries for the syrup.. yummm
 
Yesterday - 20 mins HIIT on the bike

a little stressed today.. I still haven't told my parents the big news. They are not going to be too happy about it, so I couldn't do it when I saw them on Christmas.
 
Pancakes

I've used this recipe for pancakes if you want to indulge in a treat. (Yeah I know you were talking about waffles, but to my mind they're roughly similar things.) I don't make these all that often as I end up eating the entire thing in one sitting. Very bad for the diet, but very good for the palate.
 
Just signed up for a 5k race in April... guess I'd better start running!
I'll probably attempt the half-marathon later this year or early next year.. then prepare for the full marathon..
 
Great. Do you typically run 5k in practice now? What are your times? My first sprint triathlon in March has a 5K run.
 
Well, I haven't been doing much running at all.. actually it's been years. I keep telling myself that I will start running again, but I haven't yet.. so, I signed up for this so that I wont keep finding excuses.

I'll let you know my (slow) times when I actually get started.
 
haven't been running much.. it's just something I get bored with. actually.. that's cardio period for me.

still lifting when I can, but not 100%. Last weekend was my last weekend working job #2, so I will have weekends off again.. more time to focus on my school work and hit the gym.. just means less money to save for the big day.. oh well. it will come through.

Glad to here you're going to have a little more spare time, I couldn't imagine having to work weekends as well
 
Thanks Stingo. I finally got my NROL book yesterday (again)
Today is my fiance's bday so after class I am taking him to dinner. Tomorrow going to Sam's with my mom (that will take all night) and Thursday I have class until 10. I'll probably take Friday, Sat, and Sun to read through it a bit and get started on Monday. :)

fat and weak.... i feel like it! though my weight hasn't changed, I'm sure my bf% has a little. Oh well. not stressing it.. just gotta get back to it.

I don't think i'll be prepared for the 5k in April, but since it's a run/walk, I'll probably do it anyway.

yep, that's what I got. lent my other nrol book out and never saw it again.. actually figured that would happen.
