If you lack time to train you should try doing one of FF's little challenges that you can spread out during the day like the 500 press ups. It's not great for a long term plan but it sure works as an occasional shock to the system

HA.. people around here... if i were to kick off my heals and plop down on the floor in my cubicle.. everyone would come over to watch which would cause a distraction and i'd probably get written up or fired.

Sleep though? what's that? lol.. nah, its getting better.
I was in Sioux City Iowa most of last week and let me tell ya.. there is nothing to do there so after i left the office, i went to my room and went straight to sleep. then my flight got cancelled coming back but anyway. im home now and all is well.. for now :)
 
umm.. i've been working lol.. havent had a lot of time to log on here... preparing for a presentation next week.

So yesterday I had to finish my "fitness testing" for this stupid lifting class..

The first number is from the start of the class (August 28th) and the second is from this week.

Weight: 132 - 129 (supposed to be bulking here lol)
BF%: 22.1% - 19.4%
sit and reach: 23in - 25in
chin up: 2 (lol) - 9 (yay!)
push up: 12 - 18
sit ups (as many in 60 seconds): 45 - 51
12 min walk/run: 1.06mi (i hate running) - 1.58mi (still sucks)
stupid balance test.. wont even bother to put that here lol
 
Well you made progress at least, so it wasn't a total loss. Good job.
