Wulsk: Great week!!!

So I lost one pound this week. So far I've lost 6 lbs.

I had a hard week... relationship problems. I had two days where I probably ate two hundred calories each day. No exercise. Some water. I just felt sick to my stomach and couldn't eat. I am going to pull myself back together tommorrow. I took a few days off from work to collect myself, so I'm going to take advantage of the time to work out and plan meals.

January 3: 160.0
January 11: 156.2
January 17: 155.0
January 24: 154.0
January 31:
February 7:
February 14: (goal 145 lbs!)

Um nine pounds to lose in three weeks. Hmmm. I guess its possible.
 
January 3: 267.6 This morning was a good weigh in, so im gonna have to bust butt!
January 10: 265.4

I think that's a great challenge! Need to be motivated if I'm going to wear shorts this summer, that or I need to grow 5 inches,lol.
 
Hi y'all.. I am sooo Upset :cuss:

I gained one pound. I know It could be worse. I have going to the gym everyday and my eating was good. So after I wieghed myself this morning I binged on foods and had some beers. I was depressed. I am even more upset at myslef for doing that. Tomorrow is a whole new day and I am going to be focused.

Pink Clouds~ So much for our Two pounds.. LOL!!! How funny me and you were so focused on a two pound loss and we both gained 1 pound. It's okay, next weigh is our weigh in.. We can do this.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw that u gained one pound jellybelly...I was like :eek: I cannot believe it! hopefully next week will be a 5 pound loss for the both of us :D

Guys, I dutifully weighed in and I'm STILL at the same weight!!

Today I am stepping up my game. Next week I WILL have results... I've had enough of seeing the same number on the scale now!!

Sprite I know what you mean. I joined the weigh yourself everyday club to keep me on track and thank the LORD that one pound came back off, but for the past 2 days i am still at 274 :-/ go figure.....

hey guys do you think its possible to get out of the 270's by next week ???? ZOMG to be 269:svengo: Well I know its pushing it a bit and 2 lbs a week is healthy weight loss....but really what do i care about healthy weight loss :p (just kidding) I am planning on changing my diet up a bit...who knows...maybe by thursday I can be out of the 270's for good!!

BTW where's India?!?! Hope you are having a good weekend India :D

I am so set on losing 5 pounds this week I can FEEL it!! And hey if I do not lose 5, I'll take whatever I can lose...just as long as I am under this 274-275 thing. If you shoot for the moon and you miss at least you'll be among the stars right?

Thanks everyone for your words.. I love you all!!! So this weekend was bad :( Well, just saturday. My nieghbor and I had a fiesta and had one o many drinks. With that comes munching on food. Today I had a hangover so of course I munched on foods some more.

I am bad, I know. But hey I did do my 20 minutes of pilates. Tomorrow I am hittin the gym. I am feeling good and not giving up.
 
I had a very bad weekend too. Well, actually kind of a bad week. Let's hope this week will be better, though I know the weigh in will be bad. :(

It actually, really was a bad day. And I feel like I need 'comfort'. I can't wait for a day when comfort doesn't equal food. But for now, unfortunatly, it does.



(My boyfriend's, employee's wife commited suicide last night. They had three kids under five years old. She was 32, her husband is only 27. He went ouside to shovel the driveway, came in and she was dead. All three kids were upstairs sleeping. We knew her quite well, had them over often. She was a troubled girl though. It just makes life sink in on you a bit.)

Sorry I haven't been very active in this challenge thread. Been working a lot of OT and coming home exhausted.

I'm really struggling right now. The scale is not moving, and I'm not motivated. I'm in a rut.

I've been doing some "Googling" for diet plans for some new ideas and inspiration to give me a jump start back on the right track.

I came across a diet plan which I had never heard of before, Johnson Upday Downday Diet. Has anyone heard of this one or have any personal experience with it?

There is absolutely nothing to buy. There's not even a book yet. Basically, it's every other day calorie restriction and was developed by a New Orleans plastic surgeon who struggled with his own obesity. It sounds plausible and easily doable.
