Aren't you all excited about tomorrow? I know I am. I can't wait to see who were the three biggest losers! I'm sure I'm not one of them but I'm proud of what I've accomplished during these weeks.

LOL - that reminds me, I need to watch my salt tonight. :) Last night I ate a bunch of toasted squash seeds, and I didn't pay enough attention while pre-boiling them in salt water, and they were extra, extra salty. 1.6 pounds of water weight on this morning. :)

Total weight loss: 9.2 lbs i.e. 4.7 kg!


I'm SO happy! I was aiming for 84 kg (185 lbs) and instead I got down to 82.5 (181.8 lbs)!!!

Well, true to my yo-yoing pattern i am showing a minor loss this week. Now I just have to make sure it won't be up again next week.
This was a great challenge and congrats to all who reached their goal weight or lost some weight!! We are all winners!!

trying to drop about 10 pounds... really wishing for more. But that's going to be the goal. :beating:

January 3: 183.6 (up from where I thought I was, but gives me somewhere to start I guess...)
January 10: 181.4 (down but not where I wanted to be.)
January 17: 181.6 (at least its not worse!)
January 24: 182.4 (argh,.....)
January 31: 183.4

So total loss wasn't 10 lbs, but hopefully the 2.6 is gone for good. :D

January third I was 292.2 pounds
On Feb 14th: 283.2 pounds

this is the most I have lost in a while!! Nine pounds. I am looking forward to the next challenge. I think it should be like

"Bring on Spring"
or "Bring it on spring"

and just have the goal of the third week of March ..when the First day of Spring is ...

First off congrats tammy and everyone else who reached their goal or lost.

I started this challenge at 232.6 lbs on jan 3rd and am 232.0 lbs as of this morning.. so no major loss for me yet again.. :( anyways.. just means gotta kick things up a notch.

After a few weeks of losing, gaining and no change, I am currently at 214 which is +1 pound from my initial starting weight. :banghead:

Oh well, at least during the last week I did lose again. Just gotta keep it up!

I haven't weighed in here regularly but thought I should still do the final one :)

Start weight: 120lb
Finish weight: 114lb (-6lb)

Start measurements: Bust 33.5"; Waist 25"; Hips 35.5"; Thigh 20.5"
Finish measurements: Bust 33"; Waist 24"; Hips 34.75"; Thigh 19.5"

I didn't get to my target of 111lb but I think that was a bit ambitious anyway. I think 6lb in 6 weeks is probably quite a good loss at my size. I'm glad I did measurements because I wouldn't have thought 6lb would change them that much and I don't feel like I look that different but its nice to see it in numbers.

Hope everyone had a good vday! I did :D (and I don't think the bf was too upset by the 0.5" reduction in my breasts... lol)

Right, I'm off to go and try and fight the most almighty chocolate craving ever!! I really feel like I NEED it!! I think I might have to just have some... can't think about anything else!! Does anyone else ever get like that?! I blame PMS... ugh

Yep. I have some chocolate when I feel that way. Clears up the craving, and at 53 calories a square (and I can stop after one), no harm done.
 
Ah, see I can't stop at one... I actually can't own any chocolate until I decide I'm going to have some because otherwise I would just eat it... really need to work on the will power! I got myself a galaxy ripple bar, -they're 175kcal which is the lowest I could find, and it tastes nice and luxurious. Still kept within my calorie limit for the day -and burnt off some kcal walking to the shop! Probably like 2 but never mind...
