Jessafurr I am so sorry to hear about this. you used the perfect words...it weighs on you. As much as you try to disassociate yourself from it. :hug2: I eat for comfort as well. I was sort of good today but boy am I crabby...I want to eat something not "diet" like. But I think I will just go to bed grouchy and hungry.

Again I am soo sorry to hear the bad news. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day for you :) :hug2:

Curvesahead I hope you find something that works for you and you get that motivation back :)
 
hey everyone.

Hey everyone.. sorry i haven't been very active here or in my journal(diary). Things have just been crazy as hell.. lol I started school on the 22nd of january and haven't slowed down much at all since then. I am pretty much a full time student and a mommy so down time isn't that often anymore. Plus my laptop is still in the shop. hopefully i will get it as soon as they say which is the 6th of february. If thats the case then i will be way more active then i am now due to having access to the internet while at school.. haha during my 20 min lunch/dinner break and before school or after school. :smilielol5:

Foodwise i am doing good as can be considering i am in school for 5 hours a night monday through thursday and sometimes on fridays. 2 weeks almost done and 10 more to go.. haha for this quarter. then i get a 3 week break and then start another 3 month quarter.. haha the love of being a student.. so working out is my main problem. gotta get my ass in a groove again so i can do this and that at the same time..

anyways sorry i haven't been here for you all. hope those of you that are having problems or getting back in the groove find yours very soon. Those of you that are doing great keep going and you'll hit your goals in no time. i'm back at 234 as of this morning so hopefully i'll still hit my goal but i'm not counting on it since i haven't been able to work out as much as i would like. hubby's at school during the day and i have no way to get to the gym then i'm in school at night so the only thing i could do is walk with my son but in the rain thats not a option right now. ok well gotta go have homework to finish. talk to you all soon.

(My boyfriend's, employee's wife commited suicide last night. They had three kids under five years old. She was 32, her husband is only 27. He went ouside to shovel the driveway, came in and she was dead. All three kids were upstairs sleeping. We knew her quite well, had them over often. She was a troubled girl though. It just makes life sink in on you a bit.)

:hug2::hug2::hug2:THis is awful...Im so sorry.And he is only 27...that is ALOT of responsibility for a 27 year old...and I cant believe she did it in her house with all the kids there...so sad and horrible...

Sorry, I have not been here showing more support. Work has been busy and dealing with all sorts of things at home doesn't give me too much free time.
I did stick to the modification I promised myself. 1500 cals/day and exercise about 4-5 times/week. And I lost 3 lbs!!!! Some of it was water-weight from TOM but still I am very happy!! Now I am back where I was two weeks ago, we'll see how close I can get to my goal in the next two weeks!!

January 3: 183.6 (up from where I thought I was, but gives me somewhere to start I guess...)
January 10: 181.4 (down but not where I wanted to be.)
January 17: 181.6 (at least its not worse!)
January 24: 182.4 (argh,.....)
January 31: 183.4 (not the direction I had hoped for, least I'm not above my starting weight.) :toetap05:

Well this is the 1st in a LONNNG time that I have stuck to eating right and exersicing for 4-5 weeks str8 and I have been losing BUT I am not sure if I can pull off 6 lbs in 2 weeks I have some really gr8 weightloss weeks then some just a 1lb so I dunno we'll see.
EVERYONE else we have 2 more weeks till Valentines day,let's see what we can do!!Tammy:party:
 
Hi guys. I had a good week: down three lbs. I've been slacking on water -- I need to do better on that.

Six lbs to goal/2 weeks to go. (Time to bust my butt!!)

February 14: (goal 145 lbs!)

Total loss so far: NINE LBS!!!!!! :party:
 
I thought the club challenges section was gone until i signed in LOL

274 still....well not still really...this weekend i was up to 279:svengo: and I lost it back. I am sticking with it this time so hopefully i will see some more weight loss before this challenge is over LOL

Goal: 136.1 by trend. Scale should be 1-4 pounds lighter, depending. So 8 pounds in 6 weeks.
 
Okay so I am still at 166 :banghead: At least I didn't gain anything. I feal really good though. I can tell I have lost inches this week. My pants and shirts are getting lose. So I got four more pounds untill the challenge is over. I can do it!!!!!

Gained 1 lb but the doctor says it's ok since last week I lost more weight than I should have b/c of the surgery.

Oh yeah I forgot to tell y'all!!!!! I ordered turbo Jam last night. I am sooo Stoked. It gets here 5-7 days. I was up last night and saw the informecial. SO I said " What the ehck" and called in. I really can't wait to start a new exercise program.

Its wierd. I planned on a goal of 285 and didn't even know if I would reach it. For four years, I didn't believe I could lose weight. I weighed 320 last Christmas. This Christmas I weighed 295 ...but now I weigh 284.8 and have to almost the whole week... Seems like I am breaking the cycle... anyway finally I am losing good weight ...and it seems like maybe I can actually do this. Lost all the weight, but I have to take one day at a time. :)

Stuck at the same weight!

But I will give myself the excuse that I was sick two days this week and couldn't work out, plus, I'm starting on Wednesday. I always weigh a little extra right before.
