Aargh. Yesterday I was 165. :stare:
 
STARTING WEIGHT - 183.6
V-Day GOAL WEIGHT - 174

trying to drop about 10 pounds... really wishing for more. But that's going to be the goal.

January 3: 183.6 (up from where I thought I was, but gives me somewhere to start I guess...)
January 10: 181.4 (down but not where I wanted to be.)
January 17: 181.6 (at least its not worse!)

Hmm wonder why I am not losing more. I am eating healthy and working out for at least 1 hour on the elliptical and going for a brisk walk for about 20-30 minutes. At least, I lost a dress size and came down to my pre-pregnancy size now and fit into all of them. Not sure what's going on

Good job everyone else though...Keep at it!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I haven't had any weightloss this week, but since school has started back I haven't had time or the energy to exercise...next week should show some change b/c I'm still eating very clean.
 
Alrighty, I dropped another 2 pounds.. :party:

It's weird though, cause I binged on my foods on Tuesday, I was for sure I was going to gain.. I am glad I still am showing progress.

OMG you guys, I'm totally hanging my head in shame this week. I gained back the 3 pds I lost last week!!!! This past week was the 1st week back to school and I totally bombed w/ the diet! I'm sooo sorry! I vow to do some serious make up'ing (is that a word? lol)

Anyways, you guys all look like your doing really well! I've very proud of you!!

To all who gained: don't forget about the fluctuations and water retention and possible salty food the day before.... Keep on going and look ahead to next week!!!!

I didn't realise salty food can make you weigh in heavier...?

January 10: 142.5 / 142.0 (trend / scale) = 1.6 loss / 0.8 gain
January 17: 141.1 / 138.4 (trend / scale) = 1.4 loss / 3.6 loss

Goal: 136.1 by trend. Scale should be 1-4 pounds lighter, depending. So 8 pounds in 6 weeks.

This week: down about half a pound more than I ought to be at this point, going by trend. Next week will be iffy by the scale. But mostly right on track.
 
Hi Guys.

I had a 1 lb loss. A little frustrating but hopfully I'll make up for it next week. I have exactly 10 lbs left to lose by V-day. That is like 2.3 lbs a week. I need to throw it into high gear next week. Aunti Flo is visiting this week-- that could be affecting things. We'll see.

Allyphoe... weeekends are good for me, too, I have more time to exercise and more time to plan meals.

Wulsk... Plateaus are so frustrating!! I'm sure you'll break thru!!

For everyone who didn't lose as much as you'd hoped this week use it as motivation to show that scale who's boss next week!!!!

For myself, I plan to increase my water intake (I've been slipping) and increase my exercise. As far as food intake, fiber & protein I've been doing well.

We can do this!!!! :hurray:

Well im up - i was at 233.2 and I am up to 234 I will admitt we have been eating a fair amount of convience foods...

My oldest has been sick in bed all week and just passed it on to the youngest and I - we are all pretty damn sick...and it really sucks - lol...

Im sorry I havent been around much...this was been a crazy busy weeka dn then with gttin sick im offically knocked on my ass!!!

My youngest goes to preschool twice a week, ballet once a week and we go to a Parent and Tot Yoga class together one morning a week...plus I have an on call 24/7 job - fun stuff!!! LOL...

Anyway I will try to check in more regularly...
