First of all,.. I love this site. I am learning so much about fitness and losin quite a lot of fat.
Anyways, so I read up about the HIIT training and started last week. But I am confused about a few things. I learnt that it is best to do my caridio before breakfast in the morning and if I chose to do during the day, I should try to go with an empty stomach. I think these principles work really well with moderate cardio work-out. But is it a good idea to do HIIT before breakfast in the morning or have empty stomach during the day? I find HIIT to be very tiring and I am wondering if doing HIIT is with an empty stomach in the morning might do any harm to my body. How does HIIT work for you? What is the best time and physical condition to do HIIT? Thanx.
