:party: great job everyone!! I am so happy to see so many people losing weight and so many people putting forth effort to lose weight as well.

Last night I weighed after I ate so this morning I went to weigh again and I was 274 :D:D:D I'll save that until next week though ;) Really I am so happy that I found you guys. You all are really great!!

LoseWeightN2008 i know weight varies from day to day and such dramatic increases could be caused by increased sodium intake causing water retention (or so I've heard) But it could also be your scale. I remember I had a scale that was so crazy!! at the time I was 234 and the first time i weighed on it it was 234, then the next time 230, then the next time 242 and I was like :svengo: when I saw 242 in a week. The next time i went on it (like a week later), it said 280 or something like that, so i knew it lost its marbles.

Sorry I didn't report back on Thursday, I've been so busy! But I did weigh in for the Challenge... down 1 lb putting me at 174lbs.

Jan 3rd: 175lbs 14lbs to lose
Jan 10th: 174lbs 13lbs to lose
 
Good day everyone!! Aren't the weekends hard sometimes:nopity: Well, they are packed with fun, but I meant hard as in sticking to the diet...but we can do it!! It's breakfast time for me and I am thinking of so many delicious options of which none are a part of my new lifestyle :D But I think I will just go to the grocery store and buy the less damaging of all the options ;) Not on my plan but not unhealthy either.

How is everyone else doing today? Happy Sunday :)

Weekends are so hard. I had friends coming over for dinner tonight and it was hard resisting all the good things...My boyfriend prepared paella, it was delicious! :drool5: And some friends brought cakes and pastries...But I was good, I didn't overeat. :Angel_anim: I didn't want to eat the sweet things but I thought it was rude not to taste the things my friends had baked, so I ate some but only little pieces. Maybe it wasn't a losing day but I don't think it was a gaining day either.

I'm exactly the opposite - weekends are great for me, and the week is hard to get through.

I'm looking forward to seeing some losses on the scale this week.
 
Hey ya'll, how you doing?? This weekend was hard. I can't ait till this week so I can get back on track..

I agree, weekends are hard. I do so much better during the week. I take my food with me to work and there are no munchies there so I am "stuck" with the food I brought with me... and then hit the gym after work, by the time I get home and eat dinner and do the chores it is bedtime and had no time to snack...
Weekends on the other hand are hard even if I stay home. I find myself passing by the pantry 15 times and end up snacking out of boredom if anything.
That said, I was really good this weekend!!! Both days I followed my food plan and did not over-eat and also went to the gym both days!!!

Keep up everybody , we are going to rock this week!!

Well, I just updated my stats on Page 9. Sorry for the late update everyone.

I am totally out of control...up another 3 pounds. :banghead:

I hope everyone else is doing well.

Seems the laid back approach isn't quite doing it for me...LOL! I need a good kick in the butt.

I think I'm going to start my own weekly points challenge on my Page 9 weekly stat updates. I think it will also help me to do a Pro vs Con list on my weekly update...Pros for being a healthy weight, Cons for being overweight. I'll work on my Pros vs Cons listing this evening.
