Hajni, some of us know you have gone a long way and you have got a fantastic success with the weight loss. Your sport discipline is amazing and you have iron spirit! (You should consider becoming professional sportwoman!)

I lost 3 pds you guys!! I'm SOOO freaking excited! Mainly b/c I just cut back! I didn't count cals, I didn't deprive myself! I just cut back and lost 3 pds!

Wow everybody has done so good!! I havent weighed in yet, im givin myself a few minutes to wake up. I feel very very bloated this morning tho :/ Oh well, if it goes up, it just might make next weeks weigh in look that much better, lol.
 
January 3: 267.6 This morning was a good weigh in, so im gonna have to bust butt!
January 10: 265.4 BOO YAH!:hurray: lmao this is so good for me. especially since my weight had floated up to at least 268 this week :D:jump:

WoW!!! Everbody is doing Awesome!!! Congrats to everybody!! I am doing exactly what NewBride is doing. I don't count cals. I just cut back alot of what I was eating and have been working out every other day!

Hajni~ You did awesome with your 2lb loss!!! I haven't done anything since this challenge, so I think that's why I lost 4 pounds just this week. I know it will slow down soon.

Wow trying to find the weigh in post is a challenge in itself!

I was down a couple of pounds, but not as much as I wanted. But a loss is a loss & thats what I am asking for.

Hope everyone else sees a downward movement on their scales!

Wonder if there is a way to add a post on the first page to list the pages that each person has their weigh in post on. Like Moongoddess -pg 10, etc
or if we should repost the whole thing in a new post each week... "Jan 10 - 181.4 (down 2.2 pounds) etc.
 
I posted the whole thing again. Figured it would have been easier for the others to find them. :)

I'm so glad everybody's doing fine! Let's hope we can keep this pace until Vday!
 
January 3: 144.1 / 141.2 (trend / scale)
January 10: 142.5 / 142.0 (trend / scale) = 1.6 loss / 0.8 gain

Goal: 136.1 by trend. Scale should be 1-4 pounds lighter, depending. So 8 pounds in 6 weeks.

(The week between Christmas and New Year's, I "lost" nearly 5 pounds by the scale, which is nearly 3 weeks of real losses. I don't anticipate any significant movement on the scale until at least Sunday.)
 
Just a question to the moderator (newbride02) : should we post new replies every week, or are we supposed to just edit our previous posts?

I lost 1 pound this week, which is what I planned for. Losing 6 pounds till V-day puts me on 115 lbs, which is awesome for me. (the lowest weight I can ever remember in my life was 117 lbs).

January 03: 121 lbs (54.9 Kg)
January 10: 120 lbs (54.4 Kg) [-1 pound]

Congratulations guys :party: You all lost some serious pounds. I have been working out for the past 8 weeks and I think now my weight loss is slowing down. I only lost half a pound this week BOOOOOOO I am going to add in a small walk every afternoon from today and see if it makes any difference..

Wow, I didn't think it would affect me but now I am seriously sad. I was controlling my food (not giving in for sweets or deep friend items) and I am working out religiously every single day for one hour burning 550 cals on my elliptical....Hope I will have a good weigh in on the 17th.

I'm sure it will show next week! I was just thinking the same thing about the walk. I'm trying to work out every day for 30-60 minutes but I want to do more without straining. Walks sound good!
 
Wow everyone you all have done great. I am still not in the loss category even with the fact that i put what i weighed in at this morning instead of using yesterdays weight. I hope that next week i will be able to show a great number on the scale or just maintain where i am since i still don't know yet whether i am preggo or not.

hey all....weighed this morning and I have lost another pound..I have also lost 2 inches off my butt, 1 inch from my hips, one inch from my lower abs, 1/2 inch from upper ags, and...unfortunately...1 inch from my chest. I haven't had time to exercise this week b/c college started back..so, I'm a full time student, full time mom, full time wife, and a part time nursing assistant...you can also add sleepy to that list :) BUT I've been very careful with my eating and making sure that I'm eating very clean and balanced..and getting enough calories/fat..and taking a vitamin. Overall I feel really good...less sluggish. I try to break my food for the day up so that I'm eating something every hour or so..I have noticed that even though I'm eating a ton of food that since its fresh and not processed foods that I get hungrier quicker...but I keep food on me at all times..fruit, vegies, almonds, natty p-butter, chicken, eggs....you get the picture. hope everyone else is having fun .
