Congratulations guys
You all lost some serious pounds. I have been working out for the past 8 weeks and I think now my weight loss is slowing down. I only lost half a pound this week BOOOOOOO I am going to add in a small walk every afternoon from today and see if it makes any difference..

Wow, I didn't think it would affect me but now I am seriously sad. I was controlling my food (not giving in for sweets or deep friend items) and I am working out religiously every single day for one hour burning 550 cals on my elliptical....Hope I will have a good weigh in on the 17th.
