Hey India, you really don't have to care about those fluctoations. I know some people fight this by avoiding the scales. I rather prefer to face the truth and say "oh, never mind, it will be gone in a couple of days". Probably if you keep notes how your weight changes when you are bloated and see how it comes and goes and manage to stay brave and cool, it won't bother you so much next time it happens. Just an idea, I know that most people recommand to use the scales just once in a week. Anyway, I am doing very good except that the weather is really bad and I struggle when I do my "brisking".
