Hi guys. Everyone did so well!! I'm so impressed!

I am home sick from work today. I don't own a scale (on purpose so I don't step on it every 5 seconds!!), so I am going to weigh myself at the gym tommorrow morning before work.

Lovemyboyz: Don't worry I'm sure all your hard work will show up on next weeks weigh in. Don't get discouraged!!!

I think the best way to post Weigh In is to copy & paste from your origional post and update it-- that way everybody doesn't need to look back for each persons progress. Just my opinion! :D

Hi everyone,
how are you doing today? I feel all bloated and I'm tring to keep far from the scale b/c I know it would tell me I weigh more than I did two days ago, and I'd feel sad about it and probably would want to eat. Just so that bad scale learns to give me nice news next time.
So I came here to vent a little instead, and I already feel better. I think I'll go to the hairdresser now, feeling pretty might help me to be positive about the weight fluctuations.
 
Hey India, you really don't have to care about those fluctoations. I know some people fight this by avoiding the scales. I rather prefer to face the truth and say "oh, never mind, it will be gone in a couple of days". Probably if you keep notes how your weight changes when you are bloated and see how it comes and goes and manage to stay brave and cool, it won't bother you so much next time it happens. Just an idea, I know that most people recommand to use the scales just once in a week. Anyway, I am doing very good except that the weather is really bad and I struggle when I do my "brisking".

Sounds like you are back in the habit of moving Cinderelly! Don't be stressed. Hopefully the scale will reward you soon, but just think of the health benefits.

& that should be what its all about....getting healthy. I try to think of the hottie body being a side effect of that.

Thanks wulsk! I think I'll take your advice and try to keep track of my "bloated weight".
And the hairdresser has really worked for me: I'm much happier now! :hurray:
 
Here's my result from yesterday (Thursday). Pretty disappointed. A tiny drop, but the worst is that today I'm back over the 180 lb mark. I guess I just haven't made enough effort (although I think water retention due to my period is playing a part as well). In any case, this weekend I plan to get myself a new set of scales as my current one seems to be dying a long and agonising death!

Woohoo! I'm down 4 lbs (rounded down!) It feels good to see progress!! So... 11 more lbs till V-day goal- 5 weeks to do it. So I need to lose an average of 2.2 lbs a week. My goal beyound that is 140 by March 10. By that point I want to be focusing much more on exercise because I'm going to Cancun for 10 days in Mid March and I want to be comfortable & cute in a bathing suit AND have photos I won't be embarrassed to show people!!!

So far I've been doing great with diet and moderatly good with exsercise. I can't really beat myself up on the exercise part because I've been sick most of this week. I saw my body sculpt teacher this morning when I went to the gym to weigh in and I PROMISED her I'd return to class next week!
