How is everybody doing?
I am getting exited about the weigh-in on Thursday. I had a number in mind for it and I already reached it this morning which gives me a little extra boost for sure!!
Went to the gym last night and had our Basic Training class, before the class I hopped on the elliptical for 25 min. Well I was tired after I got home, but it was GOOD tired.
When I go to the gym I have no problem sticking to my calorie limit it is the days when I don't exercise that I feel like over-eating.. not sure why.

How is everybody doing?

Doing well with the exercise and food. I'm expecting a scale gain this week, with no scale loss until probably Sunday, based on where I am now compared to where I should be. Glad I'm not on the other challenge, so I don't have to feel bad about losing my team points - instead, I can just resign myself to waiting it out. :)
 
It feels so good to read everyone doing so well on your goals. I am being very good with food (just one mini choc chip cookie yesterday and that too because my 16 month old son fed me :) ) and I am working out 1 hour at nights on the elliptical burning 550 calories. I still dont seem to be losing weight though...Not sure why my body wants to hang on to this weight Bwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

It has really impacted me to see such kindness from everyone :) I even held up the thread for a couple of days :blush5: sorry about that!! You are so welcome. That's what we are here for. Sometimes people just need to take a little time to help others through their hard times. If we don't then no one will ever get any help or advice.
 
A couple of off days & THAT time coming on & my scale isn't moving much this week. I just have to have faith that the good habits will pay off in the end. I am upping my movements & striving for the 10,000 steps daily, got 9394 yesterday so almost there!

I'm so excited for the weigh in tomorrow...I weighed myself today but I'm going to do it again tomorrow morning just to be sure. Happy happy happy with the results.
 
JassaFurr~ Thanks for the tips, I espaecially enjoy veggie soups.

Okay, so weigh inis tomorrow. I am really nervous. Just like India I wiehed myself yesterday morning I saw a change but I hope it stays that way or more. Good luck to everyone!! No matter what, Keep your head up and your body moving!!
 
Hi Guys

Just been flicking though the last few pages and i have to say WOW everyone is so determind
This is just one week start again tomorrow morning and keep on going

I weigh in on a Wednesday with my slimming club I stayed the same this week bit disappointed as i have worked extra hard in the gym and general little things like parking at the far end of the car park and using stairs where ever i can etc but it is my star week as they say in slimming so i know next week will be better

Hey everybody :D I definetely see what rah is talking about! Everyone is soooo determined to do this and im very proud of everybody:) Im excited and nervous about my weigh in tomorrow. My weight was slowly creeping up, but i weighed in this afternoon and it has dropped!! Normally i weigh in in the mornings, but i didnt have a chance this morning

Hey everyone. Weigh-in day is tomorrow! Everyone ready for it? I'm not sure how I did. This past week has been crazy. I have started school back up on Monday and a new job. So we'll se how it goes. If nothing budges this week I won't be suprised, but then I know how hard I will have to work to make things happen. Well we will just have to wait and see....

Is weight in on Thursday ?

I did really good today! I went out for lunch with work and had a salad and at the movie theater I bought a big bottle of water to drink instead of gettin popcorn.I wanted popcorn and was gonna get it but I decided I wasn't hungry and didn't get any!!! Im very proud and have seemed to find my focus again:)
 
Great job Cerella!!! Popcorn is very tempting :D A little wont hurt u, but the ginormous sized ones are (i think) and they are expensive too! So, u saved calories and money :D Yea, some peoples weigh in is tomorrow :D Good luck to u

Hey everyone.. i am going to update my weight for the weigh in today as i'm in the middle of either a miscarriage or the beginning of a pregnancy.. not sure.. i got a positive home pregnancy test on monday and started bleeding on tuesday. I went to the docs to have blood work done today so i should know something either tomorrow or friday as far as whether i am pregnant or not. if i am then i won't be able to continue on with the challenge and if not then i'm going to kick my own ass in this challenge and maybe even beat my own goal for it.

January 10:235.6 weighed in this morning instead of using yesterdays weight. just didn't seem right.

I've lost a lot of weight this week but since it's the first week of diet I'm not surprised. I'm sure next week it will slow down.
