hey about the HIIT and being light headed. I get that sometimes too and its always if I'm dehydrated. I don't know about you but I sweat like a pig during HIIT and often underestimate my water needs. That particular day I bet you had a lot of sodium in your system too from the processed foods so that was most likely it. When I know I'm going to do a HIIT workout I hydrate way before, even prepare the night before with the water if I'm doing it in the morning. Then I have way better success
