Had a good workout last night. Did HIIT on the elliptical and then did an additional 10 mins on it. I was listening to Josh Groban and didn't want to get off just yet. LOL

Started off well this morning with eggs, oatmeal and an apple. I will continue eating well throughout the day. :)

Dan has an appt this afternoon with the dr so that makes me happy.
