Fruit is something you want to have before mid afternoon - that said you really didn't do badly at all. Put it this way - you're getting closer and closer to a clean food plan. It's important to remember what's NOT on that list too - no oatmeal pies, no cakes, no sodas, no bad snack foods - so give yourself some credit and smile. It's a good day.

LOL Live, I was so confused reading your post.I had to read it 4 times to figure out what you were trying to say! LOL Yeah, I tend to not go to that store only if necessary. I go to Walmart...granted they have a dunkin donuts immediately on ur left upon entering, but I tend to use the other entrance.
I'm still feeling grumpy about my %ages, but I think my eating is far better than it was even a week ago, so I can celebrate that.![]()
