Excellent choice there. That's my plan too. The turkey wrap does sound good. Have a bite for me...:p
 
I decided on a turkey and lettuce sandwich rather than the wrap... the only difference was the bread. But it was a nice change. And I had an apple, which put me waaaay over in carbs today....ugh! 51% YIKES!!!! :eek: I will try again tomorrow. I will start off with my eggs in the morning and not sure what I will have with it....no bananas left...hmmm....I will find something. VERY happy with my fat % though: 18%!!! WOOHOO!!!! :D
 
Fruit is something you want to have before mid afternoon - that said you really didn't do badly at all. Put it this way - you're getting closer and closer to a clean food plan. It's important to remember what's NOT on that list too - no oatmeal pies, no cakes, no sodas, no bad snack foods - so give yourself some credit and smile. It's a good day.

Interesting that u say that about fruit....LOL I had ur voice in my head saying, "naughty naughty! u shouldn't have that right now!" I knew it was bad, but I needed something else that I could bring in the car with me. LOL

This morning:
2 eggs, 1 eng muffin w/pb, APPLE (lol)

Feeling REALLY good about myself today. A "friend" showed up last night, so it makes me happy that despite her impending arrival, I still lost weight last week. I hope I can see the scale move even more this week...in the same direction!

I just noticed something....The fat rolls that I normally see when I sit down are shrinking!!! WOOHOOO!!!! Go me! Go me! :D
 
Well there certainly worse things you could've had than a piece of fruit, so keep that in mind too. Also, there's no greater motivator than success - which from the sounds of it you're experiencing right now. Keep eating cleanly and well, and exercising and you'll be FINE.
 
Keep up the good work. Don't fret over the fruit. I turned down fast food (even though it would have been a salad) today to have my usual turkey sandwich.
 
I so want something bad right now. Something greasy....chocolatey...I don't care....something bad.

Ok, so my %ages are as follows (after my snack that I will have in about a half an hr):

Fat: 27%
Carbs: 43%
Protein: 30%

872 cals so far (after the snack). Not bad, considering not that long ago, I would have been way over 1000 cals by now. But still. I just wish my protein was higher...
 
OMG....donuts...GLAZED donuts....u wouldn't dare....:mad:

I was in the store this morning and walked in and was immediately assaulted by the aroma of bread, cakes, muffins....omg...And they had cookies up front....omg I so wanted to cave...but I didn't. :)

I still have to eat my post workout snack, but I'm not looking forward to it. I'm starving, but I don't want green beans and turkey. I want pretzels. Popcorn....hot chocolate....
 
No I wouldn't do that..they're for Greene. He would kill me if I fed them to you. The percentages look good like Stingo said. I know how bad you want the other stuff. Believe me..I see the dreaded dougnuts and want to lunge at them, but I don't.
 
LOL Live, I was so confused reading your post. :D I had to read it 4 times to figure out what you were trying to say! LOL Yeah, I tend to not go to that store only if necessary. I go to Walmart...granted they have a dunkin donuts immediately on ur left upon entering, but I tend to use the other entrance.

I'm still feeling grumpy about my %ages, but I think my eating is far better than it was even a week ago, so I can celebrate that. :)

Absolutely it's better - there's no real junk foods on your list, which is a big difference in and of itself. So yes, congratulate yourself on passing this stage. Next will be bringing your carbs in line.
