The chocolate isn't too bad for me. I don't get candy bars that often. I suppose that' won't be the hard thing. But I've gotten back in to the habit of having a soda on the weekends. :(

I'm sooo tired today. I want to take a nap. But I will be busy pretty quick here, putting my kitchen back to gether. The countertop is in, cabinets are in. All that's left is putting the sink in, getting the appliances and then the floor. I can't wait!!!
 
I have picked up my soda habit again recently too. :( I was doing sooo good. But now I usually have one DP a day unless I'm making a conscious effort not to. We don't keep soda in the house so I usually end up with one when we dine at a restaurant.
 
yeah, that;s been the way it started. Fridays are take out nights and I have a soda at dinner, and usually will pick one up for lunch when I get dan's. then sat I usually have one, too.
 
If you're only drinking it that much, it should be (notice I said should be) easy to stop. I was thinking you were drinking it all the time.
 
So how was your weekend? Mine was spent cleaning and still not done yet...:eek: My mom and dad are coming over to our house for Christmas...:D It gives us a week to finish, so gonna have to kick my a@@ in gear and actually do something..lol.
 
Weekend was fine. Today I have been really sick. Puking, headache, etc. I just hope that I am getting better now. I can sit up without puking, so that's gotta count for something, right? :)

Gotta see if I Can stand long enough for a showr...stepson's stepfather is coming by to pick him up in a few. I should look somewhat approachable. :)

Well, another week, another THREE POUND WEIGHT GAIN!! sigh....I'm not complaining...just stating a fact. In January, I'm going to get majorly serious and cut out soda again and chocolate and all that ****. I will start Jan. 1st and see how far I can get by June 1st. WISH ME LUCK!

I used to just drink a can of slimfast when i was craving chocolate. If i really was craving it, it tasted sooooo good.

have you tried drinking crystal light?
 
Hi y'all! I'm better today, although still not eating 100% yet. I have lost the 3 pounds I gained last week already. AND, today, I went shopping and bought a skirt to match some really cute shoes I bought for Christmas Eve church. Well, I found this skirt, and didn't find one in a 6. There was a 4 and an 8. Now, I know, after you've been sick , not really a good time to try on clothes, but I gotta tell ya....the 4 was sooo not snug. It was almost loose!! WOOHOO!!!I am still thrilled! I just have to find a good blouse and then I will be all set! :D

Today, I have had the following:

5 butter-type crackers
3 rectangle graham crackers
Apple dippin stix
ginger-ale
 
Well, I did ok on the eating today. NOt great, as I logged my food into fitday. I thought I did better. Oh well. Tomorrow is another day.

I will be making my first attempt at fudge tonight....wish me luck! :cool:

Fudge is a tough one - I know as I've had my trials and tribulations making it just recently myself. I'm not sure what recipe you're following but I know sparrow's had success with a recipe she uses, and I finally got the "foolproof" one I was using to work. Only thing is it will take all of your will power not to taste anything out of the bowl once the fudge is in the fridge to set...

Christi has tons of focus - she just forgets to take the lens cap off now and again :)
