My Online Weight Journal - comments welcome

LOL Why, thank you. LOL

I'm weighing in tomorrow....hoping to see positive results!

Honey, I'm so far from my goal of being really toned and losing the last few pounds that u can't ask me yet. lol

I think they say for bulking you want 1gm of protien per lb of lean body mass, you would have to take you body fat percentage and multipy it with your weight.

Look around the forums. Some recomend 1 per lb of lean, some 1 per lb period. I'm getting somewhere between the two, even though I shoot for a gram per pound of total weight, and since a chunk of that is whey I'm not killing my kcal count.

And Wendy, I said this in your other thread, but rawr, lookind hawt baby. Keep up the good work.

I did see that MG, from what you have posted you must have a pretty good mix as your weight is coming down nicely, keep up the great work.

Wendy, you are looking great, I think it is just hard because you are so close to being where you want to be! Great job.

Thanks guys! I lost two pounds this week! WOOHOO!!! I'm feeling super motivated right now. Thank you all for your honest responses. I really appreciate it.

B: sausage and cheese on a croissant (don't lecture!)
S: bowl of grapes

Depending on what's for lunch and supper and your exercise, you might be able to get away with it and it won't hurt you. Just try to eat clean the rest of the day.

That's the plan. For lunch, it will be a salad with some sort of lean deli meat. I'll have a snack of some fruit or veggie and then not sure about dinner. We usually eat out, but I'll have to play around and see what I have left for cals.

We would never lecture you sweetie, we just assumed it was turkey sausage and lowfat cheese on a whole wheat croissant, good going. :) Speaking of good going, 'grats on dropping two pounds, that's pretty phenominal, especially as close to your goal as you are, keep it up.

Hmmm...if only Dunkin Donuts really had all that. LOLThanks for the encouragement. I feel really good about my body today. :)

I'd lecture ya, but you've been good all week and can now see the benefits that it can bring. The choice is up to you... choose wisely :)

As well you should, since it's looking nice last time I checked. And a little splurge here and there never killed anyone, I ate pizza last night and was still down around 1/2 a lb. this morning.

As a matter of fact, I was reading my last copy of Men's Health and they interviewed the Rock who said that a cheat meal every week or two - usually a large cheese pizza - was one of his secret weapons. Something about keeping your body off guard and on edge. So indulge, and get back with your program right after. We know you can do it.
