Bachelor Boy - I'm a year older than u. LOL

I know (rather I suspected).....but I was trying not to let on, and you had to go and ruin it. So much for a subtle compliment =P
 
Ok, so I'm a little slow on the uptake. LOL

Well, I think I did pretty well today. I rounded out the day with a granola bar worth 180 cals. :D I ended up eating 1302 cals today, with percentages as follows:

Fat: 37%
Carb: 40%
Protein: 23%

*sigh* still not there....
 
And I'll third it. And since it's me, stingo and she, that's all that matters. :p
I feel your pain though, it's almost murder trying to get a full 180g a day of protein in my belly.

B: cheerios, blueberries, milk, 1 egg
S: 2 cheese sticks, 2c grapes
L (post workout): Protein bar

And I'm already up to 1007 cals! UGH!!! And more than half of my % is in the carbs section!! D@MMIT!

Ok, so I just entered into fitday my dinner that I will be eating (minus the milk) and I am only up to about 1170 cals for the day. WOW! That's 330 cals UNDER what I need to lose weight! HOLY COW!!!

Thanks, guys. I think I've finally found what I need to start really doing this. I have so much support here and I thank you all. I just hope the scales relflect my hard work. And I have been working hard this week. I'm really trying!!! I just caved and had a slice of bread (wheat - 70 cals) bc I was hungry and I am going to be doing weights in a few. Other than that, woohoo!!! LOL
 
I think they say for bulking you want 1gm of protien per lb of lean body mass, you would have to take you body fat percentage and multipy it with your weight.
 
OK, guys, I'm gonna post this and I apologize if you don't wanna see it, but, I took this recently. Please let me know ur honest thoughts.....


Today:

L: salad with tuna salad and black olives, milk
S (post workout): protein bar
