My Online Weight Journal - comments welcome

Thanks Y'all. I did well Tuesday - I think I was deficient by about 200-300 cals. Then yesterday, I was over by I think about 150. I hope to do well today and see the # on the scale drop at least by 1. I had a really bad day yesterday. Today I am determined to have a better day. It HAS to be a better day - I'm riding tonight! :D

Today:

B: 2 eggs, toast with pb, milk (@445)

A little over to start, but it was bc of the milk. I already did the elliptical today, so I got that out of the way. Bear with me folks...I'm trying...

The only person you have to answer to is yourself. You know what to do and how - just a question of getting down and doing it. It can be tough sometimes but you can do it - you've gone this far.
 
Thanks guys. I know I can. It's just a matter of....well, mind over matter, right? We shall see what tomorrow brings. I am pretty sure I went over my cals by close to 300 today...tomorrow is another day.
 
well its just a wise idea. If you stay EXACTLY the same everyday, especially doing just about the same activity week after week, your body is going to figure out how to be very efficient at that exercise (ie not burn as many calories while doing it) as well as get cozy with your caloric number and stop your fat and weight loss. However if you bounce around with high days, low days an moderate days then your body will never know what the heck you're doing, keeps your metabolism stoked and cooperates with fat loss :) When I bounced thats when I noticed the biggest changes happening. Lately, I haven't been paying attention to that kind of detail, but try it and see how it works for you! And yes, Leip has a good info on how and why. As does sarahfitchic
 
Once again you strike with great advice! I think I did that this week, unintentionally. And as a result LOST the two pounds I gained the week before. :D I couldn't be happier. Well, ok that is a lie, but you know what I mean. lol I will try that more often and see if I can boost things up.

Rode this morning. Felt so good to be on a horse again. A week is a long time to go wothout riding! LOL
 
Man, that is so great you get to ride so often! I'm so jealous! I'm proud of your determination Wendy! You've been doing so well thus far!

B: donut - had to rush bc I was singing at church (200)
S: um...some cookies - oreo kind (640 :eek: )
L: meatballs, potatoes, green beans, 1 slice of bread, milk
S: cheeze its
D: ham sand., cheese stick
