Thanks Y'all. I did well Tuesday - I think I was deficient by about 200-300 cals. Then yesterday, I was over by I think about 150. I hope to do well today and see the # on the scale drop at least by 1. I had a really bad day yesterday. Today I am determined to have a better day. It HAS to be a better day - I'm riding tonight!
