S: sm bag of ritz bitz - (170)
L: half tuna sandwich, brownie (I caved - had to!) (est. 385)
S: sm bag of oreo cookies, half bag of popcorn (230)
D: sm bag of oreo cookies (170)

Total ingested cals for today: 1365

Not too shabby! :D Really praying for weight loss this week. Wish me luck!

This is a driveby posting. All is well. Maintained this week, so at least I didn't gain! :D Been a busy little bee this morning and I won't stop until after the "baby" gets to bed. Meeting hubby for lunch so have to go.
 
Wow. Two busy days in a row and tomorrow will be another. I ate:

B: 2 eggs, 1 whole eng. muffin with PB, and potatoes (kinda like fries)
S: 1 oatmeal cream pie
D: cheeseburger, fries, 2 reg sodas

Tomorrow we go to a cookout. Should be fun.

B: oatmeal cream pie
L: 2 hot dogs - only one in a roll, chips, potato salad
S: oatmeal pie (yes, I love those lol) and then 2 cookies
 
Labor Day

Hi y'all.

B: 2 eggs, eng muffin with pb, milk (400)
S: 4 cookies :mad: ugh...I have got to stop eating cr@p like that (320)
L: the usual - a salad (oh, and 3 more cookies :mad: ) (460)

Total so far is 1180, leaving only 320 left for dinner, which I plan on blowing - the ice cream stand in the next town over is closing today for the year so we are planning on hitting that after dinner. Tomorrow, I plan on really getting focused, so I can lose this week, rather than maintain.

Ok, now I need to get back on track. God, I was so motivated last night. And today....not so much.

B: 2 eggs, 2 slices of toast with pb (410)
S: slice of lean turkey (20)
L: salad with chicken, bacon bits, handfull olives, choc jello pudding (395)
S: bag of popcorn - light of course (75)

As of now, I have consumed 900 cals. 600 cals left for the day. Not bad, I guess, eh? Better than I thought. But I'm soooo hungry all the time again. I hate this. I have GOT to do more protein. Oh, and I bought two of the snickers protein bars....the kids ate one and hubby ate the other. :mad: He owes me but good.
 
If you wanted to cut some calories, go with egg whites and oatmeal in the morning vs the whole eggs and toast/pb combo. Also, cutting down on the snack foods would help to shave more calories off too. I try to make mon-fri my "training days" where I follow my food plan to the letter. Then I slack off a bit on Sat and Sun... Maybe that'd help also?
 
Thanks for the reminder. I really need to do that also. Out of sight, out of mind. Also do something when you get that urge to eat snacks to take your mind off of it.
 
Great advice stingo, but which snacks should I give up? I try to be good during the week so that I can relax a little during the weekend. What are some better snacks that I can have?

And eggs w/o the yolks???? :eek: lol (jk)
 
IMO, I would say applesauce, yogurt, cottage cheese, vegetables, hummus, fruits, etc. You get the idea.

I would try to make the fruit (peaches for example) not in heavy syrup, but good luck if you can find that. It seems like that's all it comes in, so not sure if it exists.
 
What She said... fresh fruits, veggies, cottage cheese, and that sort of thing would be good to munch on. Not to say you shouldn't have snacks, just you want to cut out any unnecessary calories (even if they taste really, really good :)).
