Last night did Tae Bo dvd and weights. I did the elliptical this morning and I am riding this afternoon! I can't wait!!!!

Today:

B: 2 eggs, 1 slice toast with pb, milk
S: 2 mini corn muffins
 
So where's the rest of it? :)

:eek: I LOST THREE POUNDS THIS WEEK!!!! :eek: I'm shocked. Totally shocked. WOOHOO!!

Today:

B: 2 slices toast with pb and milk
S: 100 cal pack teddy grahams
L: salad with chicken, Smart Ones choc chip cookie dough sundae cup (YUM!)

So there u have it.
 
They need to create a dancing smilie....I'm dancing....it's my birthday....I'm dancing.....:D

So far today, I have had:

B: 2 eggs, potatoes - fried, unfortunately.

Feeling REALLY full right now. Had a great run last night! Another 4+ miles! WOOHOO!!!

Well as for eating today, it was pretty poor. I forgot to eat breakfast since we were getting ready to have the party for my son. (Don't even get me started on THAT.) So, I didn't eat until we had the food ready a little after 1pm.

L: hot dog in bun, sm handful of chips, sm helping of cole slaw.
"S": 1 small piece of cake
D: 1 cheeseburger, more chips, more cole slaw, couple of no bake cookies

I'm thirsty, so I think I will get some water. I was good in that respect. I didnt' have any soda. Didn't even think of it! YAY! :)
 
ah well Wendy, we all have days like that every now and then. You've been very consistent too so just enjoy yourself and have a great day!

Thanks all! I thik I have done better today, despite having a cookie and some Recees Pieces (sp?)...:eek: I PROMISE to do better tomorrow.

S: 100 cal pack, about 350cals worth of RP :eek:
L: Salad with chicken
S: cookie - nobake, some pepperoni
 
Just a reminder to keep your eyes on the prize - you've been doing so well the past week or so, don't give in. Remember your signature - nothing tastes as good as thin feels...
 
I know...and we just talked about this earlier. I am not about to completely screw this up. I'm NOT. I CAN DO THIS!
 
Today:

Got up late and worked out first thing (had a killer run last night!), so I didn't eat B until almost 10:30.

B: 2 eggs and slice of bread
L: 2 sm slices of frozen pizza :eek: cheese and crackers

I will eat one more time before I ride and then hopefully that will be it. Will that bee too much in terms of cals? Not enough?
 
That can't be right....have I only eaten 915 cals so far??? I feel like I have eaten much more than that. :confused: hmmm....I think I'm missing something....
 
Ok, so here we go.

B: granola cereal (300), couple handfuls of peanuts (310 :eek: ) = 610

Hmmm....looks like for a snack I will have gum. LOL
