Well, after the weekend I had I'm not too dissapointed. At least I did gain! Now I have to get through this weekend. A birthday dinner at the Oceanaire Sat night and a birthday brunch Sunday....UGH!!

9 Mar = 311.5 (-2.5 Yay!!)
16 Mar = 311.5

holding steady is always better than a gain :) especially when you had - ummm - causes... enjoy the birthday celebrations- just remember to stay close to the wagon and hop back on board

Ahhh. Another day, same weight. You would think there would some movement? Anything. I will take .5 lb just to stay motivated. :(

I know 1 lbs isn't a lot but after the week I've had and last night, I'm really really surprised I went down at all. A pleasant surprise :)
