hey at least you got -1 , i had in the + numbers but refused to go back, so i stuck with what i was the week before.
Though finally this morning it seems ive lost it and i am back down to what i was before.

8lbs in one month-well i gained 7 lb :O although im pretty sure (hopeful) that half of it was just water weight or something ...hmm,

Congratulations!! I had my WI tonight at my WW meeting and I said so long to 190's!! It feels great!!

well i didn't lose much. but that was this much. i am still happy because the journey still continues. and april challenge awaits. its time to push a bit further :D

It's funny- I feel crappy for seeing I;m still at 160. But then I did gain a couple of pounds and lost them, so I should feel proud that I didn't stay at 162 I suppose.
Oh well, at least now with my strength training and jogging outside (yes! it's spring!) I know I'll lose at least a few lbs for the April challenge.

YAY! I'm also no longer in the 170's! Man, I was stuck at 175 FOREVER! I didn't do too shabby starting this in the middle of the month ;) Wonder what I could have done if I had started exercising at the beginning of the month! Ah well, that's what April will be for :D

SO, i lost 7 out of my goal, 8 pds...so thats pretty good, can't be upset w/ that.
