Good god. I REALLY need to get my butt motivated again. I'm going home May 1st, and I'd really like to be down to 180 by then. Sigh. And I just went back on birth control, so I REALLY need to watch myself so that I don't gain back any that I've lost due to that. :(
 
Ok, I am late starting, but I will be in on this too:

March 1, starting weight = 157.75 fat pounds = ?????

March 8 = 154.5 fat pounds = ???? (down 3.25 pounds thought)

March 15 = 155.6 fat pounds = 50.88 (oops, but maybe it's muscle? or water OR SOMETHING ELSE BESIDES FAT. But I don't know what my body fat percentage was before).

March 22 = 155.0 fat pounds = 49.45 (down 1.43 pounds of fat, and my stupid TOM is on its damn way)

March 29 = 150.0 fat pounds = 47.85 (down another 1.6 pounds of fat, TOM is over, and damn that was like 3.4 pounds of water weight I lost sheesh)

Disappointed - was at 166 last weekend, but gained 2 over the week and managed to break even today.

Again I started this in the middle of the month, so I wasn't doing anything at the time to lose the weight.

By the way I'm confused on what dates to use, there's 2 diff dates being used, which one should be used?

I think March is going to be a big fat waste of dieting time for me. 1 week left and I haven't lost an ounce this month. Grr.

Arg its soo frustrating - must be the moons phase and solar flares or something.

BTW ill weigh in late for the last weight in, ill be away at a school camp. Ill weigh in my last weigh-in on the 31st :)
