Can I ask how you guys are doing this? I would LOVE to lost 2 lbs a week but the most I have ever lost is .5 lb.

Do you exercise like crazy?

I eat about 1200-1500 kcal a day, i TRY to exercise 3 or more times a week but dont always manage it. I try to eat more vegetables an meat, less fatty junk food. Thats about it.
Remember those that are heavier will loose it faster at first until they get lower. I used to regularly drop 4lb a week a few months back. Now its 2lb usually - but ive had a good couple weeks :)
 
That's true Wishes. When I first started I could lose more while doing less. Now it seems like I hit a plateau and I have to work so hard for every ounce. My highest weight was 190 and now I am at 161. My goal weight is 135. It makes me want to give up! :(

I really really want to lose 5 lbs by Easter. I have the cutest dress...:eek:
 
I kind of cheated on the 8th. I didn't have any dinner on 7th and my scales showed a loss of 2.5 lbs. I put on a pound the very NEXT day!:(
I've now lost a bit.

15 mar =174.5 (+ 1lb) technically lost 1.5 lbs from the start

Last week my excuse was working late andnot goiong to the gym - I've been to the gym this week - and walked home from work 2x now... arghhhh ... Unacceptable... time to start hacking off body parts... howm uch do i really need an ear anyhow... :D

I think you guys are all doing great! You are motivating me! I have just bumped up my workouts and starting to really watch my calories as well as carbs and the scale hasn't moved. Actually, I gained three pounds. I am telling myself it is awesome lean muscle that will look hot this summer by the pool (once the outer layer is gone).

Anyway, just wanted to say good job you guys! :)

scales were flashing between two numbers, must have been just a wee bit closer to the lower one :) 1lb this week!
