I can't speak for anybody else but I'm only managing it with hard workouts at the gym and a strict diet.Can I ask how you guys are doing this? I would LOVE to lost 2 lbs a week but the most I have ever lost is .5 lb.

I eat about 1200-1500 kcal a day, i TRY to exercise 3 or more times a week but dont always manage it. I try to eat more vegetables an meat, less fatty junk food. Thats about it.Can I ask how you guys are doing this? I would LOVE to lost 2 lbs a week but the most I have ever lost is .5 lb.

Remember those that are heavier will loose it faster at first until they get lower.
