And THAT is what happens when you don't work late, and don't get your lazy butt to the gym. I'm coming up on TOM AGAIN! I've been having one every 3rd week since I started loosing weight. Went to the GYN today to complain about it, he basically said "well duh!" lol. Put me on birth control, said that should make it stop until my weight gets stabilized. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
 
UGH! I dieted my a$$ off this week, and I only lost 1 pd!!! I know its b/c of "tom" but I'm still really upset about it :(
 
well i'm stuck but watch out next week :D i'm increasing my exercise level. so my weight is still 220 well maybe a little less, but its not something i am about to report. my scale is not precise anyway hehe.

Sorry but I have to drop out of this challenge because I am away from scales now untill April :( I suspect I put on a pound or two last week because i ate a load of crap & I feel a bit crappy. Naughty me.

I'm stepping it up a notch this week and with an extra 2 days between Weigh-In's I should be able to do the 2 lbs :). I'm being more strict with exercise and making sure I drink 3 quarts of water a day. Apparently dieting alone isn't working...Go figure :p

Dropped a couple of pounds since last Friday's weigh-in. Hit 167 today, due to lack of appetite/illness. Hoping to stay at 167 for this Friday's weigh-in.
 
i droped a couple, then pigged out at husbands birthday last night and re-gained them (temporarily hopefully lol)
