Not a great start to the challenge,*tries to turn it to positive* but maybe my screwup (understatement) will help me be determined to see this challenge through to the end. If i dont make the 2 pounds this week, ill just have to try aand lose more in the last 3 weeks to make up for it -i refuse to fail.
Hi! I would so like to join. I've finally got my life on track again. I'm now following a sensible diet & exercise regime. Would like to take up the challenge.

Sldiver, There isn't really a right way to do it. You join up and just keep updating your weight loss on those dates you posted If you don't lose 2lbs per week, it's not a big deal, as long as you're doing your best
Thanks for the support Kino!! I guess I really need to explain. My overall start weight was 192, and my end weight was 140. I could never really loose the last 15 pounds. Now I have slowly crept back up and I need a real kick in the butt to get started again. So I am using this challenge to give me some extra motivation....
Oh I certainly understand that. I lost about 30lbs overall and I wanted to go further but instead I stopped and now I've gained back 10 of those 30lbs. I'm on Weight Watchers too but I think belonging to a challenge like this will help keep me more motivated for weigh in time
