Here we go!
Hi. Congrats to all who lost last month and for those who didn't or may have gained a pound or two....don't be discouraged. Tomorrow is a new day! Enter it with renewed commitment to you goals!. My personal goal is to lose 2.5 pounds a week or 10 pounds for the month. I know I can do it. Going to be hard work but it can be done.
Start Weight = 195
1 March = 184
8 March =181 (now that's what I'm talking about - 3lbs!)
15 March =181 (was my TOM this week. Felt awful didn't work out, didn't gain tho! . Back on!
22 March =180
31 March =180 (eh well...better next month
Finish Weight = 180
Total Lost in March = 4
