Here we go!

Hi. Congrats to all who lost last month and for those who didn't or may have gained a pound or two....don't be discouraged. Tomorrow is a new day! Enter it with renewed commitment to you goals!. My personal goal is to lose 2.5 pounds a week or 10 pounds for the month. I know I can do it. Going to be hard work but it can be done. :)

Start Weight = 195

1 March = 184
8 March =181 (now that's what I'm talking about - 3lbs!)
15 March =181 (was my TOM this week. Felt awful didn't work out, didn't gain tho! ;). Back on!
22 March =180
31 March =180 (eh well...better next month :)

I've always weighed in on Wednesdays... so I'm gonna stick with that.

Ok I did apallingly in Feb, managing to put on 4lb. I haven't lost 2lb in a week in months...! But hey, it's worth a go right? (Positive thinking and all that! :D)

Great, I've gained since the last weigh in. But I'm stubborn and also motivated, so I shall remain persistant. This month my goal is to do 30 mins of exercise a day (in the form of walking, jogging, racquetball, etc.- just as long as I make an earnest effort to do something every day)
