Start Weight = 201.5

1st Mar=201.5
8 Mar =198.4 (-3.1)
15 mar =195.7 (-2.7)
22 mar = 195.7 (-0)
28 mar = 196 (+0.3)

Finish Weight =196 (+0.3)
Total Lost in Feb = 5.5

No major weight lost whilst at camp, though TOM is due any day so i may have fluid retention :)
 
Start Weight = 157

1st March= 157
8 March = 155!!
15 March = 157 (that sucks)
22 March = 157 I'm beginning to see a pattern....
28 March = 156.4 Halle-freakin-lujah!!

Finish Weight = 156.4
Total Lost in March = Wait for it......wait for it..... .6 ounces. Whoop-de-do.
 
Start Weight = 240

1st Mar=
8 Mar =240
15 mar = 236
22 mar = 232
28 mar = 230

Finish Weight = 230 !!!!
Total Lost in March = 10 pounds

This is my first month, so I hope next month is as good!! And congrats to all who lost in the month of March.

15 mar = 172
22 mar = 172
28 mar = 169

Finish Weight = 168
Total Lost in March = 7


Not quite 2lb a week but I'm still very happy with it! :)

15 mar =174.5 (+ 1)
22 mar =170 ( -4.5)

Finish Weight = 169.4
Total Lost in Mar =6.6 lbs

hmmmm, not quite the 10 I had hoped for!!! Let's hope April is better :D
 
Although when i go to gym i lose 1 pound the next day i get this pound. So i think that every pound i lose in gym is temporarily and the weight stays permanent. How often shold i go to gym to lose 2 pounds in a week?
