Thursday, Jan 26th
Karen Voight’s Body Reform Abs and Back 50 minute workout; bike later
 
Friday the 27th
Cory Everson's Get Hard 30 minute arms & shoulder workout, all three sets of reps with 10 lbs weights; (a year or so ago I could only do one of the three sets of reps, and with 3 lb weights no less)

& I'm going in the bike right now! 45 minutes, with intensity dialed up the 6:00 mark.
 
Sunday the 29th
Great Weighted Workout, with Karen Voight..then DD insisted on doing 30 minutes of yoga with me.....then, after too heavy of a lunch, I did 40 minutes on the bike, with dialed up intensity!
 
Tuesday the 31st
Did the first workout of Cindy Crawford's Shape Your Body, I haven't done it in about a year, i think! It's mainly calisthenics and weights. It's about 45 minutes. Walking later.
 
Wed Feb 1st
Did Kari Anderson's Angles LInes # Curves #2, my arms (actually the inside of my chest) is KILLING me from Cindy yesterday! Walking later. Hopefully.
 
Friday the 3rd
Did Kari Anderson’s 50 minute Angles Lines & Curves tape #1, it’s flexibility and body sculpting. Hopefully, bike later – I’m up to 45 minutes firm with the resistance around one and a half times, to the 7:00 setting.
 
Sunday Feb 5th
Great Weighted Workout with Karen Voight (approx 90 minutes) and then 45 minutes of bike later.

Monday the 6th
30 minutes of beginning, full body yoga with Suzanne Deason of Living Well Yoga and 45 minutes of bike later.
 
How do you have that much motivation!!!! I can do cardio for like a week straight then its like I never knew that my opportunity costs were so BIG haha. Really though what pushes you?
 
It's just a part of me I guess...and to be honest, I don't do each workout "killer", sometimes I just get through it, ya know what I mean.......
 
Tuesday the 7th

Karen Voight's Streamline Fitness 55 minute video, both workouts. The first one is weights to sculpt the upper body, the 2nd one is abs, back, and the yoga stretch. It's excellent!

I started doing the upper body weights part with 16's, instead of my usual 10's...and I'm using a 5 lb weight for the abs and loweer body section; I was using 3's until now.

Wed Feb 8th

Kari Anderson’s DVD Reach – both workouts – it’s about an hour of flexibility and some body sculpting/pilates.
 
Friday the 10th
Yoga Focus, both workouts - poses and stretch - about 50 minutes, with Karen Voight. My arm/chest is killing me from Thursday's workout with the new upgrade on the weights!

Bike later.
 
Saturday the 11th
Bike

Sunday the 12th
Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout - with either 10 lb weights or 13 lb weights.............

and a LOT of walking in the snow!
 
Tues the 14th

Kari Anderson's 30 minute total body Tone it Up tape, with 14 lb weights instead of Dynabands.

Walking later, no bike.

BUT I mopped floors, changed sheets and vacuumed, and you'd be surprised how "aerobic" that actually is!
