Cory Everson's Get Hard (30 min) arms workout, did "one day" of the Firms' 5-day Abs (about 8 minutes); walking later
 
Friday the 9th

Did Karen Voights 40 minute full body workout, Core Esential Pilates, with 10 lb weights.
Bike later or tomorrow.
 
Forgot to post:; Monday, Angles Lines & Curves tape #1, Kari Anderson (50 minutes); bike also

Tuesday the 13th
Streamline Fitness (both workouts, about 50 minutes) with Karen Voight; walking later
 
Wed the 14th

Karen Voight's 40 minute tape, Firm Arms and Abs, with 10 lbs of weight. It's too cold to walk, so probably bike later.
 
Friday the 16th

Kar Anderson's Tone it Up, a 30 minute total body workout (but I used 10 lb weights instead of the dyna bands) and bike later or perhaps tomorrow......
 
Did the bike Saturday and Sunday, and did walking on Sunday to daughter's school for early AM Parent Teacher conferences - hence no big weights workout that day.

Monday the 19th
Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weight #2 - an hour long full body workout with weights (my substitute Sunday workout, but I fit in in on Monday, since I didn't get anything in on Sunday!) And bike later.
 
Tues the 20th
Did Karen Voight's Yoga Focus, both workouts, and then errands, as the NY city subway system is on strike and I couldn't get to work. Bike later.
 
Wed, Dec. 21st &
Thursday, Dec 22nd

Day 2 and 3 of the Subway Strike; so I had to get up crazy, crazy early (so no time to do weights) and meet my ride in the AM.

In the afternoon, it was so much walking in the cold, I couldn't go on the bike, too. I don't think I needed to, to be perfectly honest!
 
Monday the 26th
Kari Anderson's Angles LInes & Curves #2, then shopping with tons of walking, so no bike.

tues the 27th
Cory Everson's Get Hard arms video, and Day five of the Firm's 5-day abs video. Some walking today but no bike.
 
Thursday the 29th
Karen Voights 40 minute full body Core Essentials Pilates, with 5 lb weights. I'm walking a lot later, but the bike tonite anyway.
 
Sunday the 1st
Great Weighted Workout/Karen Voight. Walking or bike later, I'm pretty tired from being up last night though......I wouldn't mind doing both; I ate fries three times last week!
 
Monday the 2nd
Kari Anderson Curl ad/back video, The Firm's 5-day Strech (one day); walking later.
