Kar Anderson's Tone it Up, a 30 minute total body workout (but I used 10 lb weights instead of the dyna bands) and bike later or perhaps tomorrow......
Did the bike Saturday and Sunday, and did walking on Sunday to daughter's school for early AM Parent Teacher conferences - hence no big weights workout that day.
Monday the 19th
Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weight #2 - an hour long full body workout with weights (my substitute Sunday workout, but I fit in in on Monday, since I didn't get anything in on Sunday!) And bike later.
Tues the 20th
Did Karen Voight's Yoga Focus, both workouts, and then errands, as the NY city subway system is on strike and I couldn't get to work. Bike later.
Sunday the 1st
Great Weighted Workout/Karen Voight. Walking or bike later, I'm pretty tired from being up last night though......I wouldn't mind doing both; I ate fries three times last week!
