Friday the 11th

I did Karen voight's Yoga Focus - 30 minutes of standing postures and then 20 minutes of stretch.Bike today or tomorrow.

Oh, did I mention that my birthday was yesterday?
 
Sunday the 13th

Did my usual Sunday workout, Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout, but I starsted using a 3 lb weight when she uses a body ball. Boy did i feel it!

No bike today, dd and I are doing a lot of walking, and i think i'm finally ready to figure out how to use my pedometer!
 
Monday Nov 14th

I did the mat work on the DVD Reach by Kari Anderson as I had only 20 minutes to work out that morning.

But, bike later! I’ve increased the resistance a little.
 
Tuesday the 15th

I did Karen Voight’s Body Reform Abs and Back. It ahs a lot of pilates and is 50 minutes long. I’ve got the pedometer out since I have errands to do, with a lot of walking, and know I won’t have energy for the bike later.
 
Wed the 16th

I did Kari Anderson's Angles Lines and Curves #2, which is an hour of body sculpting and pilates with some yoga thrown in there.

Later the pedometer and I are going to be walking!
 
Thursday the 17th

I did Karen Voight's Streamline Fitness this morning, one of my favorite videos. It's about 25 minutes of weights and 30 minutes of abs, back, and yoga streches.

Bike later! With the new resistence level!
 
Saturday the 19th
Bike

Sunday the 20th
Great Weighted Workout tape and bike later

Monday the 21st
Yoga Sculpt, both workouts (45 minutes) and probably bike later
 
Tuesday the 22nd
This morning, did tapes:

Cory Everson's Get Hard -arm and shoulder workout tape AND
The Firm's 5 minute abs

Tonite, bike!
 
Thurs the 24th
yep even on holidays

I did Weights to Lose #2 with Kathy Smith; it's an hour long full body weights workout.
And I walked a lot!
 
Monday the 28th

I did Karen Voight's old video from 1991, Firm Arms and Abs. It's 40 or 50 minutes of obviously arm and ab work, but h as some back work thrown in there, too.

I expect to do the bike later, I was SO LAZY over the weekend!!!!!!! Excep for eating, that I wasn't lazy with doing...............
 
Tues the 29th

I did Kari Anderson's Tone it Up with 10 lbs weights, not the Dynabands.
I also did (one day of) the Firm's 5 Day Stretch.
 
Friday the 2nd

Kari Anderson's Curl (20 minutes) and the Firm's 5 day Stretch. (5-8 minutes)
Bike hopefully later or tomorrow.
 
Yup, did the bike once.

Sunday
Great Weighted Workout and Bike

Monday the 5th
Karen Voight's Ab and Back body reform tape (50 minutes) but I don't know if it's going to be bike later, I'm going out to eat!!!!!!!!
